| Objective:To describe the level of post-traumatic growth(PTG)in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary interventions(PCI).To investigate the influencing factors of post-traumatic growth in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.To analyze the relationship between post-traumatic growth,self-disclosure,and family care in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.To explore the mediating effect of self-disclosure in family care and post-traumatic growth in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Methods:A convenient sampling method was adopted to select patients who received PCI in the Department of Cardiology of a hospital in Shenyang from December 2021to September 2022 and met the inclusion criteria for questionnaire collection.Using General Data Questionnaire,Post Traumatic Growth Inventory(PTGI),Family Apgar Index Questionnaire,(FAI),and Distress Disclosure Inventory(DDI)to assess the general characteristics,PTG,family care, and self-disclosure of CHD patients after PCI.A total of 216 patients completed the survey. In this study,SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the data.Descriptive statistical analysis, single factor analysis, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression analysis were applied,a Process plug-in was used to analyze the mediating effect. The test level was set atα=0.05,and all P values were bilateral probabilities.P<0.05 was considered to be statistically significant. Results:A total of 230 questionnaires were sent out in this study, and 216questionnaires were effectively collected. The total score of PTG in this group was(46.77±10.10),which was at a moderate level.Pearson correlation analysis showed that self-disclosure,family care, and PTG were positively correlated(r=0.56,P<0.01,r=0.54,P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that marital status, the number of stent implantation, whether quit smoking after PCI,self-disclosure and family care were influential factors of PTG in CHD patients after PCI(all P<0.05).The mediating effect analysis showed that self-disclosure played a partial mediating role in the relationship between family care and post-traumatic growth in patients with CHD after PCI,with a direct effect value of 1.640 and an indirect effect value of 1.189,accounting for 58%and 42%of the total effect,respectively(R~2=0.37,F=62.61,P<0.001).Conclusion:The post-traumatic growth level of patients undergoing PCI for coronary heart disease is at a moderate level, which is affected by marital status, the number of stent implantation, whether quit smoking after PCI.Therefore, clinical nurses should analyze the above factors, identify the patients who should be focused on,and give sufficient help and support to these patients and their families. In addition,self-disclosure may be an important psychological resource for improving PTG in patients with CHD after PCI.When formulating relevant measures,it is necessary to intervene in self-disclosure and actively play the promoting role of family care on patients’positive psychology,so as to develop more targeted measures to promote patients’PTG level and finally promote patients’rehabilitation after PCI and to better improve quality of life in this population in the future. |
