Objective: To explore the risk factors and the establishment of risk prediction model for patients with atrial fibrillation(AF)after implantation of electronic cardiac implants(CIEDs),so as to provide evidence for early detection of high risk groups and timely intervention measures.Method: Clinical data of inpatients with CIEDs implanted in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed.According to the postoperative pacemaker program control examination, patients with AHRE were selected as the control group(n=86),and patients with AHRE were selected as the case group(n=34)when AF was detected by wearing 12-lead ECG equipment.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression were used to analyze the independent risk factors for AF occurrence after CIEDs implantation, and to analyze their predictive value for AF occurrence. Results: Univariate analysis showed that the proportion of smoking, hypertension, cerebral infarction, neutrophil,UA left atrial diameter and calcium antagonist was higher than that of control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that smoking, hypertension, cerebral infarction and left atrial diameter were independent risk factors for AF after CIEDs implantation(P<0.05),and ACEI/ARB was protective factor(P<0.05).The constructed model showed that the area under ROC curve was 0.920,and the prediction sensitivity and specificity were 94.12% and 76.74%,respectively.Conclusion: Smoking, hypertension, cerebral infarction and left atrial diameter can be used as important reference for predicting whether AF is complicated after CIEDs implantation.
