| Objective:This study analyzed the trend of overweight and obesity and the levels of blood glucose and lipid in the target population,so as to provide theoretical basis for the prevention and early screening of obesity and related metabolic diseases,and put forward targeted guidance strategies for the prevention and treatment of local obesity and related diseases.Methods:In this study,the subjects were urban residents in Aketao County aged 18-65 years who participated in the national physical examination continuously from 2020 to 2022.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,890 target population were finally included for the analysis of physical examination data,and the basic data,anthropometric indicators and laboratory detection indicators of the included subjects were collected.The basic data included age,gender,history of hypertension and diabetes;Anthropometric indicators include height,weight,body mass index(BMI),blood pressure;Laboratory tests include total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),fasting blood glucose(FBG)and other indicators;The trend of overweight and obesity was observed according to BMI,and the changes of blood glucose and blood lipid levels were analyzed,and the correlation between blood glucose,blood lipid levels and BMI was analyzed.Results:(1)The results of basic data analysis during 2020-2022showed that:(1)the average body weight(kg)from 2020 to 2022 was(67.78±11.40),(67.84±11.13),(68.05±11.30),respectively.BMI(kg/m~2)was(25.22±3.70),(25.26±3.69)and(25.34±3.75),respectively,and showed an increasing trend year by year,with no significant difference(P>0.05).(2)The analysis results of FBG(mmol/L)showed that the average level of FBG increased year by year,and there were significant differences in2022[5.26(4.8,5.89)]compared with 2020[5.06(4.62,5.53)]and 2021[5.11(4.67,5.67)](P=0.008).(3)The analysis results of lipid levels showed that TC(mmol/L)was in 2020[4.30(3.79,4.90)],2021[4.58(3.95,5.25)],2022[4.60(4.04,5.30)],TG(mmol/L)was in2020[1.50(1.00,2.05)],[1.70(1.12,2.20)]in 2021,2022[1.70(1.24,2.24)],LDL-C(mmol/L)for 2020[2.38(1.98,2.96)],[2.65(2.18,2021 3.21)]and 2022[2.69(2.20,3.30)],the average level increased year by year,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001);The analysis results of HDL-C(mmol/L)level showed that there were significant differences in 2020[1.79(1.52,1.94)],2021[1.54(1.28,1.77)]and 2022[1.34(1.12,1.64)](P<0.001).(2)After stratification of BMI,fasting blood glucose and blood lipid,the results showed that(1)the number and proportion of overweight patients in 2020 to 2022 were 326(36.6%),340(38.2%)and 334(37.5%)respectively.Compared with 2020,In 2021,14(4.12%)and 2022,8(2.4%)more people were overweight.The number and proportion of obese people were 192(21.6%),182(20.4%)and 196(22.0%),respectively.Compared with 2020,the number of obese people decreased by 10(5.5%)in 2021 and increased by 4(2.04%)in 2022.There was no significant difference in the trend of overweight and obesity(P>0.05).(2)There was no significant difference in the three-year trend of overweight and obesity among different genders(P>0.05),but there were differences in the three-year average level.The average prevalence of overweight in males(44.5%)was higher than that in females(32.1%),and the average prevalence of obesity in males(19.3%)was lower than that in females(22.9%).(3)The analysis results of the prevalence of overweight and obesity in different age groups showed that the prevalence of overweight and obesity increased with the increase of age among urban residents aged 18-65 in Aketao County,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)The results of FBG level showed that from 2020 to 2022,the number and proportion of abnormal fasting blood glucose were108(12.1%),139(15.6%)and 169(19.0%),respectively,which increased significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Among them,the proportion of overweight with abnormal blood glucose level was 39.8%,39.6%and 37.9%,and the proportion of obesity with abnormal blood glucose level was 40.7%,33.1%and 36.1%,which was higher than that of low BMI and normal population,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).(6)The results of blood lipid level showed that from2020 to 2022,the number and proportion of dyslipidemia were 433(48.7%),564(63.4%)and 621(69.8%),respectively,and the results of three years were statistically significant(P<0.001).Among them,the proportion of overweight patients with dyslipidemia was41.6%,42.6%,41.1%,and the proportion of obesity patients with dyslipidemia was29.3%,23.9%,25.6%,respectively,which was higher than that of low BMI and normal population,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:In Aketao County,the prevalence of overweight and obesity as well as the prevalence of combined blood glucose and dyslipidemia among urban residents aged 18-65 is higher than the national average level.In addition,the prevalence of overweight and obesity in this area is different in different genders and ages.Therefore,when implementing the prevention and treatment strategy of overweight and obesity,individualized programs should be carried out for the population of different genders and ages.At the same time,attention should be paid to the metabolism of blood sugar and blood fat,so as to further reduce the occurrence and development of related chronic metabolic diseases including overweight and obesity. |
