Objective To detect the T-lymphocytesubset(CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T)and some of the immune indexes in peripheral blood among patients with chronic high altitude disease. Methods To test the levels of CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+T,CD4+T/CD8+T by the method of SAP and Ig G,Ig M,Ig A,C3,C4,Lambda chains,Kappa chains by immune scatter turbidity of the whole peripheral blood of 20 healthy adults and 20 patients with CMS.Results Compared with healthy controls and CMS group, there is statistical significance of CD3+T,CD4+T,CD8+ T and CD4+T/CD8+T(P<0.05);The percentages of CD3+T and CD8+T in patients with CMS(87.05%±4.71% and 34.80%±5.13%)were much more than that in healthy controls(70.50%±7.04% and 26.30%±3.60%)(P <0.05);The percentage of CD4+T and the ratio of CD4+T/CD8+T in patients w ith CMS(30.25%±3.99% and 0.89±0.15)were obv iously lower than those in healthy controls(43.90%±5.65% and 1.68±0.14)(P <0.05) Compared with healthy controls and CMS group, there is statistical significance of Ig A,Ig M and C3(P<0.05);The level of Ig A in patients with CMS(2.74g/L±0.67 g/L)was much higher than those in healthy controls(1.94g/L±0.92g/L)(P <0.05);the levels of Ig M and C3 in patients with CMS(1.37g/L±0.35g/L and 1.17g/L±0.26g/L)were significantly lower than that in healthy controls(2.07g/L±0.93g/L and 1.35g/L±0.26g/L)(P <0.05);the difference of Ig Gã€C4ã€Lambda chains and Kappa chains was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The immune function changed in patients with CMS. The cellular immunity in patients with CMS on the whole is changing. Ig A,Ig M and C3 may participate in the changes of immune function in patients with CMS. |
