Objective:To investigate the risk factors and survival analysis of Double primary cancer(DPC)of bladder and prostate. Methods:The data of 853 patients with bladder cancer and bladder and prostate DPC diagnosed pathologically in our hospital from January 2007 to December 2020 were studied retrospectively, including 791 patients with bladder cancer and 62 patients with bladder and prostate cancer. To explore the risk factors and prognosis of DPC.Secondly, the subgroup analyzed the data of 222 patients who underwent radical cystectomy to analyze the risk factors of incidental prostate cancer. At the same time, univariate analysis of prognostic factors in patients with DPC.Results:The incidence of DPC and IPCa was 7.27% and 13.1% respectively. The median age of patients with DPC was 69(42-87)years old.Age,bladder tumor size, bladder tumor pathological grade, bladder triangle, preoperative PSA density, preoperative total PSA and other tumor history were independent risk factors for DPC.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis showed that age and smoking were independent risk factors for IPCa.The 3-year and 5-year OS of DPC patients were 79.5% and 59.1% respectively. There was no statistical difference in the prognosis of patients with metachronous DPC and with or without IPCa.The results of subgroup analysis showed that there were differences in the prognosis of DPC with different treatments.Univariate analysis showed that age, bladder cancer stage and lymphatic vascular invasion affected the prognosis of DPC patients. Conclusions:Advanced age, maximum diameter of bladder tumor≥3cm,high pathological grade of bladder tumor, bladder tumor located in bladder triangle, preoperative PSA density, preoperative total PSA and other tumor history were independent risk factors for DPC.Among them, advanced age and smoking history were independent risk factors for detection of IPCa after RCP.The prognosis of patients with DPC is mainly related to the stage and high invasiveness of bladder cancer. After RCP,it is suggested that IPCa will not affect the prognosis.
