Purpose:To explore clinical characteristics and prognostic analysis of patients with Hodgkin’s lymphoma(HL).Methods:The clinical data, general characteristics, laboratory tests, clinical manifestations and short-term effects of 166 patients with HL who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital on January 1,2010 and December 31,2019 were collected; The correlation between the above factors and prognosis was analyzed by Log-rank test and Cox proportional risk model; All data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0software.Results:166 patients were between 4 and 77 years old, with a median age of 33years;There were 99 male patients, accounting for 59.6%,and 67 female patients, accounting for 40.4%;The ratio of men and women is 1.47:1.In Ann Arbor stage, there were 5 patients with stage I,accounting for 3.0%,86 patients with stage II,accounting for51.8%while 44 patients(26.5%)with stage III and 31 patients(18.7%)with stage IV.Among the pathological types,153 cases(92.2%)were classic Hodgkin’s lymphoma(CHL),and 7 cases(4.2%)were nodular lymphocytic lymphoma(NLPHL);6 cases(3.6%)were not differentiated by pathology. The median follow-up time was 69.5 months(2-151months).There were 20 cases with incomplete data and lost follow-up.The lost follow-up rate was 12.1%(all lost follow-up data were used as censored data). After the initial treatment,166 patients with HL were evaluated by color Doppler ultrasound,CT or PET/CT.After the treatment,109 patients(65.7%)reached CR or CRu,40 patients(24.1%)reached PR,and 17 patients(10.2%)reached SD or PD.During the follow-up,16patients died, including 13 patients died of disease recurrence and progression, and 3patients died of respiratory failure and multiple organ failure. The 3-year cumulative survival rate of patients was 90.7%,and the 3-year cumulative progression-free survival rate was 84.6%.Univariate survival analysis showed:age, presence or absence of B symptoms,Ann Arbor stage, lactate dehydrogenase level, large mass, extranodal involvement, bone marrow involvement,ESR,β2-MG,albumin,D-dimer,white blood cell count, hemoglobin level and lymphocyte count(all P<0.05)may be the poor prognostic factors of HL patients.Multivariate analysis showed that age≥45 years old,B symptoms, and Ann Arbor stage were independent factors affecting prognosis. Conclusion:Hodgkin’s lymphoma is a hematological malignancy with high cure rate and good prognosis. The pathological types are mainly NSHL and MCHL subtypes.Age≥45 years old,B symptoms, and Ann Arbor stage are independent factors that can potentially affect the prognosis.
