Clinical Observation And Correlated Facters Analysis On Tongue Dyskinesia Post-stroke Treated By Puncturing "Nei Da Ying"

Objection: To observe the therapeutic effect of needling "Nei Da Ying" on Tongue Dyskinesia Post-stroke, and analyse the clinical correlated factors of therapeutic effect on this acupuncture therapy.Methods: Seventy-five Tongue Dyskinesia Post-stroke patients were devideded into the treatment group and the traditional acupuncture control group. The former were treated by needling "Nei Da Ying",while the latter were treated by pricking Jinjin and Yuye to cause bleeding. Their therapeutic effects were compared by the scores of function of tongue movement,phonation and swallowing after four weeks.Results: l.The effective rate was 82.2% in the treatment group versus 60.0% in the control group, with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).2.There is a significant difference between the two groups about the improvemental degree of the function of phonation and swallowing (P<0.01, P<0.05).3.the influences of the best time of treatment, times of onset, symptom , location of onset ,fibrinogen(Fb),hematocrit(HCT), and platelet adhesion ratio(ADP) on therapeutic effect were greater; while gender and age have no influences on therapeutic effect.Conclusions: The therapeutic effect of the treatment group was superior to that of the control group on treatment for Tongue Dyskinesia Post Stroke .The therapy can improve not only the function of tongue movement,but also the function of phonation and swallowing.Meanwhile,in the course of treatment,we should actively analyse the correlated facters that affect the therapeutic effect to improve therapeutic effect.
