Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Paediatric Cough Variant Asthma(Deficiency Of Lung And Spleen Type) Based On The Theory Of Fufeng

Objective:Through the study of the theory of Fufeng,and combined with the clinical experience of Professor Zhang Wei,I discuss the pathogenesis of cough variant asthma in children and guided by this,use the self-made Guben Xiaofeng Decoction to treat cough variant asthma(deficiency of lung and spleen type)children,to explore its curative effect and advantages.Methods:60 children with cough variant asthma(deficiency of lung and spleen type)were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).The treatment group was given Guben Xiaofeng Decoction,and then the control group was given budesonide aerosol combined with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.The course of treatment for both groups was 28 days,and fill in the case collection form and TCM syndrome integral observation form before and after treatment.I used pre-and post-treatment controls and intergroup controls.The clinical effect of two kinds of treatment methods in children with cough variant asthma was evaluated by comparing TCM syndrome score.The above data were statistically analyzed using SPSS27.Result:1.After 28 days of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 96.55%,which was higher than that of the control group(82.76%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.After 28 days of treatment,the total scores of main symptoms,total secondary symptoms,total syndromes and individual symptoms of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05),but in the treatment of cough In terms of effect,there was no significant difference between the two groups,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.The clinical curative effect of Guben Xiaofeng Decoction based on Fufeng theory in treating paediatric cough variant asthma(deficiency of lung and spleen type)is better than budesonide aerosol combined with Montelukast sodium chewable tablets.2.Guben Xiaofeng Decoction can effectively relieve or eliminate the clinical symptoms of cough variant asthma(deficiency of lung and spleen type)in children cough,fatigue,spontaneous sweating,anorexia,pale complexion,and diarrhea.
