Clinical Observation Of Liangxue Shengfa Decoction On Alopecia Seborrheic (Blood-Heat And Wind-Dryness Syndrome)

ObjectiveTo observe the clinical effect of Liangxue Shengfa decoction on seborrheic alopecia(blood-heat and wind-dryness syndrome)by random control method combined with the clinical experience of mentor Professor Yan Jingdong,so as to provide new TCM diagnosis and treatment ideas for the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.MethodsFrom January 2021 to January 2022,72 patients with seborrheic alopecia(blood heat and wind dryness syndrome)in the dermatology clinic of the first affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group(n = 36)and control group(n = 36).The treatment group was given Liangxue Shengfa decoction orally,and the control group was given tanshinone capsule(Xili)orally.One month as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment,and recorded before and after treatment of patients with skin lesion symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,quality of life index(DLQI)scores,using SPSS26.0 software for statistical analysis of the data.Results1.There was no significant difference in general data(age,sex,course of disease),skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI scale score between the two groups before treatment.2.Intra-group comparison: there were significant differences in skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI scale score between the two groups after treatment.Both groups can improve the scores of skin lesions,TCM syndromes and DLQI scale.3.Comparison between groups: there were significant differences in skin lesion score,TCM syndrome score and DLQI scale score between the two groups in the same period after treatment(P < 0.05).4.The total effective rate was 77.78% in the treatment group and 63.89% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion1.Liangxue Shengfa decoction can significantly reduce itching,scales,oil spillover and other symptoms and signs in patients with seborrheic alopecia(blood-heat and wind-dryness syndrome),improve the related TCM syndrome and quality of life of patients,and the effect is better than tanshinone capsule(Xili).2.Liangxue Shengfa decoction in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia(blood heat and wind dryness syndrome)has obvious advantages of traditional Chinese medicine,and the application is safe and effective,so it is worth further popularizing and studying.
