| Objective: To study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound Siwu decoction on erythrocytosis and its effect on erythrocytosis.Methods: 40 patients with polycythemia vera who were diagnosed in the outpatient and ward of the Department of Hematology of our hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into two groups according to the random number method,with 20 patients in each group.The control group was treated with supportive therapy combined with hydroxyurea,Results: Siwu decoction was used in the experimental group,and the curative effect was significant after 8 weeks.The coagulation function index,treatment efficiency,and Plasma viscosity,ESR,red blood cell aggregation index level of the two groups of patients were measured,and the peripheral venous blood of the two groups of patients were collected,respectively.The four blood routine indexes,namely,erythrocyte count,hematocrit,hemoglobin,and erythrocyte volume,were measured by automatic blood cell analyzer.TUNEL method was used to detect the apoptosis rate of bone marrow mononuclear cells in patients the changes of apoptosis rate of bone marrow mononuclear cells in the two groups were observed and compared.During treatment,nausea,diarrhea,liver and kidney function damage,thrombosis and acute myeloid leukemia conversion events were observed and recorded in the two groups.Results After treatment,the number of patients with complete remission,clinical remission,improvement and ineffectiveness in the control group was 5,5,2 and 8,with the effective rate of 60%.The number of patients with complete remission,clinical remission,improvement and ineffectiveness in the observation group was 8,6,4and 2,with the effective rate of 90%.The effective rate of treatment in the observation with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Before treatment,There was no significant difference in RBC,HCT,HB and RCV between the control group and the observation group.The blood routine test of the patients was performed at 4 weeks and 8 weeks after treatment.The four blood routine indexes of the observation group were lower than those of the control group.Compared with the two groups TT of the patients in the observation There was no significant difference in APTT,PT and TT between the observation group and the control group before treatment.The APTT,PT and TT of the observation group were higher than those of the control group at 4 weeks and 8 weeks(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the apoptosis rate of mononuclear cells between the control group and the observation group.At 4 and 8 weeks after treatment,the apoptosis rate of mononuclear cells(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05). |
