Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Gouty Arthritis With Spleen Deficiency And Heavy Moisture Syndrome By Jianpi Lishi SanJie Prescription

Objective:Clinical observation on the treatment of spleen deficiency in chronic gouty arthritis with Jianpi Lisha Sanjie.Methods: Using a randomized control method,we selected 60 cases of gouty arthritis chronic spleen deficiency and Heavy moisture Syndrome divided into the experimental group 33 cases and 33 patients in the control group.Treatment plan:The experimental group was Jianpi Lishi San Jie Decoction unite with Benzbromarone Tablets,The control group was Benzbromarone Tablets.observation period:For 28 days,Visual Analogu Scale score,TCM syndrome efficacy score,blood sedimentation,C reaction and blood uric acid were used to evaluate the therapeutic effect of spleen and dampness.Results:1.The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.2.TCM syndrome integral,experimental group and control group after treatment symptoms were relieved,the difference between the two groups after treatment was statistically significant,experimental group in joint pain,swelling improvement than the control group.In VAS score,the pain in both groups was improved after treatment,and the difference of VAS score between the two groups was statistically significant after treatment.3.There was no significant difference in erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reaction and serum uric acid between the experimental group and the control group after treatment.Conclusion:The efficacy of invigorating spleen and dampness combined with benzbromarone tablets is better than Benzbromarone Tablets alone in relieving chronic gouty arthritis(spleen deficiency)and in relieving joint pain,swelling,fatigue,loose stool and tongue pulse appearance.
