Objective:To assess the prognosis of NLR.Cardiovascular Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from November 2010 through Nov.2020 due to myocardial infarction and myocardial infarction.Gather essential data on a patient, including, but not restricted to,blood and heart ultrasound.A follow-up study was conducted for all the participants, and the occurrence rate of the endpoint events was recorded. The primary outcome was Uncontrolled Stroke(MACCE),which comprised all-cause mortality, myocardial infarction, stroke, unplanned stenting, unstable angina and hospitalization. The patients were divided into two groups according to the NLR cut-off value: the NLR(> 3.14 mg/L),the NLR was low(< 3.14 mg/L).MACCE was found in 589(27.4%)patients with a MACCE NLR compared with no MACCE(p <0.05).ROCcurve indicated that ICM AUC(AUC)was 0.66,P < 0.05.ROC curve showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of NLR for predicting MACCE in ICM patients was 0.66,P<0.05.When truncated to 3.14,its sensitivity was 53.3%,specificity was 0.75,and Yoeden index was 0.283.All patients were divided into two groups according to the cut off value of NLR: high NLR level group(≥ 3.14 mg /L)and low NLR level group(< 3.14 mg /L).The all-cause mortality and cardiogenic mortality of MACCE in the high NLR group were significantly higher than those in the low NLR group.Univariate and multivariate COX regression analysis showed that NLR was ischemic cardiomyopathy with MACCE(HR = 2.65,95%CI(2.24,3.14),P <0.001)and all-cause death(HR = 3.71,95%CI(2.94,4.67).P <0.001],cardiac death [HR = 3.67,95%CI(2.80,4.86),P <0.001.Conclusion:NLR has good prognostic value in patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.
