Determination Of Plasma BNP Levels In Patients With Ischemic Cardiomyopathy And Prognosis Of LVEF Value Relevance

Objective: To explore the predictive value of ejection fraction of left ventriculus and BNP for prognosis of ICM.Methods: In April 2010 to September 2013 in the heart center of the 1st Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, diagnosis for the clinical data of 240 patients in the treatment of ischemic cardiomyopathy were retrospectively analyzed.Results: All these 240 patients had angina ormyocardial infarction history.Lost to follow-up 2cases,62 patients died during surveyand the dead ratio was 26.05%.The decreased LVEF value was associated with dead ratio(P<0.05).The increased BNP value was associated with dead ratio(P<0.05).The decreased LVEF and The increased BNP valuevalue was associated with dead ratio(P<0.05).Conclusion: The LVEF value reduce mortality is significantly related with ischemic cardiomyopathy, BNP value was associated with mortality of ischemic cardiomyopathy is obvious, LVEF value decrease with the BNP value is a risk factor for poor prognosis of ischemic caidiomyopathy.LVEF and BNP values to predict the prognosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy credibility is superior to pure LVEF value or BNP predict prognosis of ischemic cardiomyopathy.
