| Objective: To investigate the efficacy and safety of levosimendan in the treatment of acute myocardial infarction with heart failure.Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on 157 patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure who were treated in the Cardiovascular Center Intensive Care Unit(CCU)of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University from January 2015 to August 2017 and from January 2019 to August 2021.According to whether they received levosimendan treatment within 24 hours of admission,they were divided into the control group and the levosimendan group,and the general information,vital signs,cardiac ultrasound,and serological indicators of the patients were collected.The main endpoint is the improvement of clinical indicators 7 days after the start of treatment.Results: After 7 days of drug infusion,the clinical symptoms,signs,B-type natriuretic peptide,ejection fraction and other indicators of the levosimendan group were better than those of the control group.Conclusion:In the early stage treatment of patients with acute myocardial infarction and heart failure,intravenous infusion of levosimendan is superior to conventional drug treatment in improving clinical performance. |
