| Objective: To evaluate the association between mCRP,p CRP and IL-39 and the degree of coronary artery lesions in AMI patients by observing the concentrations of mCRP,p CRP and IL-39 in the peripheral blood of sufferers with acute myocardial infarction(AMI),in order to make early prediction and early diagnosis and treatment of coronary artery lesion severity in AMI patients. Methods: 50 individuals who visited our hospital’s Department of Cardiology between September 2020 and January 2021 and had an acute myocardial infarction verified by coronary angiography were chosen as experimental groups, and the onset time was not more than 12 hours, including 31 cases of ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI)and 19 cases of non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(NSTEMI),and 12 cases with a score of 40 points ≤ were set as mild lesion group by the Gensini scoring system.22 cases with a score of 40 points< score ≤ 80 were set as moderate lesion group,16 cases with a score of > 80 were set as severe lesion group, and 20 patients who came to our hospital within the same time period but did not have stenosis or vascular anomalies were chosen as the control group. All research participants’ general information, including gender, age, height, weight, body mass index, history of hypertension, diabetes, etc.was gathered, peripheral venous blood was collected within 12 hours of admission, and the concentration of mCRP,p CRP and IL-39 in peripheral blood was determined by double antibody sandwich method, and HDL-C,TG,BNP,LDL-C,TC,LVEF,c Tn I,CKMB,Mb and other indicators were harvested. The relevance between the dimension of coronary lesions and mCRP,p CRP,IL-39 and other related indexes was assayed. Results: 1.Gender,BMI,average age, history of hypertension,p CRP and diabetes mellitus did not differ significantly from one another In contrast to the control group(P>0.05),TG,TC,LDL-C,BNP,mCRP,IL-39,c Tn I,CK-MB,and Mb experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group, and HDL and LVEF were lower than those in the control group, with notable differences(P<0.05).2.There were no discernible variations in gender, history of hypertension, history of diabetes,LDL-C,age,HDL-C,p CRP,c Tn I,CK-MB and Mb between subgroups in the experimental group(P>0.05).mCRP,IL-39 and BNP were significantly higher in the severe lesion group(P<0.05)and significantly higher in the moderate lesion group(P<0.05).LVEF was significantly lower than that in the moderate lesion group(P<0.05)and in the moderately lesion group(P<0.05).3.Based on the findings of the Pearson correlation analysis, the Gensini score of the degree of coronary artery lesion in patients with acute myocardial infarction was positively correlated with mCRP(r=0.656,P<0.05),IL-39(r=0.517,P<0.05),BNP(r=0.609,P<0.05),and LVEF(r=-0.615,P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The peripheral blood of mCRP and IL-39 in AMI patients were higher than those in normal coronary patients, but p CRP was not significantly different between AMI patients and normal coronary patients, indicating that the detection of mCRP and IL-39 has certain diagnostic and predictive capabilities for AMI diseases.2.There were great differences in peripheral blood mCRP and IL-39 between the three subgroups of MI patients with mild, medium and severe coronary lesions, and there was a positive correlation between the degree of coronary lesions and mCRP and IL-39 in peripheral blood, and the higher the levels of mCRP and IL-39,the more serious the degree of lesions, but there was no difference between p CRP and normal coronary patients in AMI patients, and no significant correlation with the degree of coronary lesions was found, suggesting that the detection of mCRP,IL-39 has important reference value for the degree of coronary artery disease in AMI patients. |
