The Study Of MCRP Expression And Its Correlation With HIF-1? After Acute Myocardial Infarction In Rabbits

ObjectiveTo observe the changes of monomeric C-reactive protein(mCRP)and hypoxia-inducible factor 1 a(HIF-l?)during myocardial infarction in New Zealand white rabbits,to evaluate the correlation of mCRP and HIF-l? levels in animal model of myocardial infarction,and to determine the predictive value of mCRP and hif-l? levels in myocardial infarction.Methods1.Establishment of animal model:ligation of New Zealand white rabbit left coronary artery anterior descending branch,the establishment of New Zealand White Rabbit myocardial infarction model.The control group(Sham Operation Group)only sutures to pass through the anterior descending branch without ligation.2.To observe the pathological changes of infarcted myocardium by HE staining.3.To determin the level of mCRP and HIF-l? in model group and control group(Sham Operation Group)by ELISA.Results1.The level of mCRP(262.25±22.47)?g/ml in the myocardial Infarction model group increased significantly,higher than Pre-operation Group mCRP level(176.21 ± 9.94)?g/ml(p<0.05),and higher than sham Operation Group mCRP level(192.41±26.38)?g/ml(p<0.05).2.The level of hIF-l?(11.38±1.03)ng/ml in the myocardial Infarction model group increased significantly,higher than Pre-operation Group HIF-l? level(4.52±0.49)ng/ml(p<0.05),and higher than sham Operation Group HIF-la level(5.11±0.58)ng/ml(p<0.05).3.The levels of mCRP and hIF-l? in the myocardial infarction model were positively correlated(r=0.73,p<0.05).ConclusionsThe expression of mCRP and hif-la after acute myocardial infarction in rabbits is significantly elevated and may be involved in the inflammatory reaction process of acute myocardial infarction.mCRP and hif-l? were positively correlated in the expression of acute myocardial infarction in rabbits,and hif-la could be involved in the regulation of mCRP,but the specific mechanism was not clear.mCRP and hif-l? could be used as predictors of early diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction.
