Observation On The Curative Effect Of "Tiaoshen Liyan Tongqiao Acupuncture" In The Treatment Of Dyaphagia After Stroke

Objective : By conducting a randomized controlled experiment to observe the ’TIAOSHEN LIYAN TONGQIAO acupuncture method ’ compared with the conventional acupuncture method,to explore the better treatment plan of acupuncture for DAS.It also provides evidence-based basis for the clinical promotion of this therapy.Methods : In this study,56 subjects were finally enrolled according to the diagnosis,inclusion and exclusion criteria.The 56 patients with DAS were randomly divided into TIAOSHEN LIYAN TONGQIAO acupuncture group(study group,28 cases)and routine acupuncture group(control group,28 cases).After entering the corresponding group,the corresponding treatment was received,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared after the course of treatment.In this study,Standardized Swallowing Assessment(SSA),Water Swallowing Test(WST)and Mini Nutritional Assessment(MNA)were used as observation evaluation indicators,and were scored before and after treatment.SPSS26.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the research data,with P<0.05 as statistically significant,P<0.01 as significant difference,and P>0.05 as no statistical significance.Results :1.The age,course of disease,gender,SSA score,WST grade and MNA score before treatment were compared between the two groups(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable.2.WST: The WST grade of both groups decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.05);The comparison of WST grade between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01)indicated that both groups were effective in improving the drinking water choking cough of DAS patients,but the effect was better in the study group.3.SSA: The SSA scores of both groups decreased(P<0.01).The SSA scores of the two groups and the difference d of SSA scores of each group were compared(P<0.01).These results indicated that both groups could improve the swallowing function of patients,but the therapeutic effect was better in the study group.4.MNA scores in both groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05).The MNA score of the two groups after treatment was compared(P<0.05).The difference D of the MNA score before and after treatment was analyzed(P<0.05).Prompt both groups can improve the nutritional status of patients with swallowing disorder,but the treatment group improved more obviously.5.The curative effect was evaluated mainly according to the WST,the total effective rate of TIAOSHEN LIYAN TONGQIAO acupuncture was 96.43%(27/28),and that of the conventional acupuncture group was 78.57%(22/28).The total effective rate of the former was higher than that of the latter.Conclusion :1.Both TIAOSHEN LIYAN TONGQIAO acupuncture and conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the swallowing function and nutritional status of patients with DAS.2.TIAOSHEN LIYAN TONGQIAO acupuncture is superior to conventional acupuncture in the treatment of DAS,and the safety is high,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
