| Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of Yimoucao Huayu Granules on post-abortion recovery of scarred uterus patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis, the feasibility and safety of combining Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of post-abortion recovery of scarred uterus patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis was explored to provide a new method for the clinical treatment of post-abortion recovery of scarred uterus patients with qi stagnation and blood stasis. Methods:Ninety patients with scarred uterus with Qi stagnation and blood stasis(≤7W)who required termination of pregnancy were randomly divided into 45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the treatment group;after routine preoperative examination to exclude contraindications to the operation, visualized painless abortion was performed, and the control group was given oral antibiotics for 3 days to prevent infection after the operation, while the treatment group was given Yimoucao Huayu granules for one week on top of the control group. The general conditions of the two groups before treatment were observed, including the subjects’ age, gestational week, number of caesarean sections, number of abortions, the patients’ usual menstrual cycle and period, and the vaginal bleeding, abdominal pain, endometrial thickness,TCM symptom scores on the postoperative day and on the 10 th postoperative day,as well as adverse drug reactions in the two groups after surgery. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was analysed after comprehensive comparison.Result:1.A total of 90 patients were enrolled in this study,45 patients in the treatment group and 45 patients in the control group. After enrolment, due to poor compliance of a small number of patients and incomplete data before and after the study to determine the efficacy,5 patients were shed from each of the two groups.80 patients finally completed the study according to the study protocol,40 patients in the treatment group and 40 patients in the control group.2.The general conditions of the patients in both groups before treatment were studied, including age, gestational week, number of cesarean deliveries, number of abortions, menstrual cycle, menstrual period and TCM syndrome points, and the data were collected and tested for comparison, and it was found that p>0.05,indicating no significant difference and not statistically significant for comparison.3.Postoperative vaginal bleeding was compared between the two groups.p<0.05,as shown by the scores of vaginal bleeding time and bleeding volume, the treatment group was lower than the control group, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.4.In the comparison of abdominal pain between the two groups after surgery,p<0.05,the effect of the control group was lower than that of the treatment group in terms of the improvement in the time and degree of abdominal pain.5.In the comparison of the first menstruation in the two groups after surgery, the time of first menstruation, the period of first menstruation and the volume of first menstruation were observed respectively;p<0.05,it can be seen that the treatment group was better than the control group in the effect of restoring menstruation.6.The comparison of the endometrial thickness between the two groups after surgery,p<0.05,showed that the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of endometrial growth.7.Comparison of the TCM symptom scores of the two groups before and after postoperative medication,p>0.05,no significant difference between the two groups before treatment, which can be compared. After treatment,p<0.05,there was a significant decrease in the TCM symptom scores in both groups, and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group, and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Comparing with the same group,p<0.05,there was a decrease in the value of TCM symptom score in both groups, indicating that the treatment effect was significant in both groups after medication.8.After 1 week of postoperative treatment, the total effective rate was 95% in the treatment group and 93% in the control group, which was lower than the treatment group.9.Comparison of adverse drug reactions between the two groups after surgery, including vaginal bleeding dripping, persistent breast distension, nausea, diarrhoea and other symptoms, both the control group and the treatment group had mild discomfort without intervention, and the duration of discomfort symptoms was shorter. Conclusion:In the treatment of post-abortion recovery in patients with scarred uterus with qi stagnation and blood stasis, the prophylactic use of antibiotics alone in western medicine can improve a series of post-operative adverse reactions and also prevent post-operative infections in patients;however, after the addition of Yimu Cao Huayu Granules, the patients had better post-operative uterine recovery and less adverse drug reactions, proving that the efficacy of Yimu Cao Huayu Granules in the treatment of post-abortion recovery in patients with scarred uterus with qi stagnation and blood stasis is worthy of recognition and can be used for clinical promotion. |
