Clinical Observation Of Shu Jin Huo Xue Decoction In The Treatment Of Hip Impingment Syndrome

Objective By Shu Jin Huo Xue Decoction treat the patients of Femoroacetabular Impingement Syndrome,The purpose of this study is to observe the improvement of clinical symptoms,and then explore the advantages of TCM,so as to provide an effective method for this disease.MethodsThis study collected 60 patients with FAI in the orthopedics outpatient department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Chinese Medicine between 2022.02-2022.11,with a total of 60 hips.Based on random grouping,all patients are divided into control group and test group.The experimental group and the control group are respectively given Yang Rong Huo Xue Doction and celecoxib,each course of treatment for 2 weeks,a total of 2 courses.None adjuvant therapy is available in either group.The two groups received VAS,Harris,and i HOT12 scores before,two weeks and four weeks after treatment.The obtained data are analyzed using SPSS 26.0 statistical software for comparative analysis data.Result1.There is no significant difference(P>0.05)between the two groups of patients before remedy by gender,side,age,and course of disease,indicating that the patients in the two groups were comparable;2.Before the treatment,VAS,HHS and i HOT12 score of the two groups have be analyzed.According to the results,there is no difference in all scores(P>0.05),which is indicate that the two groups are comparable;3.The VAS scores of both groups are decreased two weeks and four weeks after treatment(P<0.05).Compared between groups,both groups achieved the same improvement(P>0.05).4.Harris and i HOT12 scores of both groups are increased two weeks and four weeks after treatment.(P<0.05).Compared groups,the increasing of experimental is significant(P<0.05).ConclusionIn pain relief and functional activity improvement,The treatment group had significant results,with stable effect and few adverse drug reactions.After testing,Shu Jin Huo Xue Decoction is worthy of clinical promotion.
