Purpose:This study, based on the psycho-cardiology,aims to understand the current situation and the factors that influence self-efficacy after returning to work in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.It also seeks to determine the relationship between occupational return and social support, sleep quality, and anxiety in young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Method:Two hundred patients with coronary heart disease who underwent routine follow-up or hospitalization in the Department of Cardiology at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January to December 2022 were chosen as the investigational subjects of this study using the convenience sampling method.A general information questionnaire, return to work self-efficacy Questionnaire,Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire(PSQI),and Self-rating Anxiety Inventory(SAS)were used to explore. The survey data was entered into Excel, and a descriptive analysis was performed. The software package IBM SPSS 26.0 was used to perform statistical analysis on the data. The proportion of cases was used to describe count data,(?)±s was used to describe measurement data, and the K-S routine distribution test was used to examine the distribution of continuous variables. Two groups were compared using the independent sample t-test,several groups were compared using a one-way analysis of variance, and the duo was compared using the LSD test. The relationship between each scale and self-efficacy was examined using Pearson correlation analysis, and single-factor statistical variables were taken into account in multiple linear regression analysis.Results:1.In this study, the occupational self-efficacy score of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease after PCI was(40.87 ± 11.87),which was at a low level; The social support score(33.09 ± 6.99)was lower than the national average. The sleep quality score(9.68 ± 4.80)was poor;the anxiety score was(47.64 ± 12.359),indicating mild to moderate anxiety.2.(1)Univariate analysis of return to work self-efficacy: there were statistically significant differences between gender, age, marital status, educational level, disease course, number of stent implantation, number of coronary artery lesions, first onset of coronary heart disease, and cardiac function grades(P<0.05).(2)Gender,marital status, disease course, and the number of stents were statistically significant(P < 0.05)in univariate analysis of social support.(3)Univariate sleep quality analysis revealed statistically significant differences in gender, age, duration of coronary heart disease, number of stent implantations, number of coronary artery lesions, and cardiac function grade(P<0.05).(4)There were statistically significant differences in gender, age, marital status, educational level, duration of coronary heart disease, number of stent implantation, number of coronary artery lesions, first episode of coronary heart disease, and cardiac function grade(P<0.05)in the univariate analysis of anxiety.3.The results of multivariate analysis showed that:(1)Multivariate analysis of self-efficacy of returning to work: anxiety and the number of coronary artery lesions were the main influencing factors of returning to work. The independent variable was responsible for 88.2% of the overall variation: the higher the anxiety score, the higher the number of corona-new lesions, the longer the disease course, and the lower the education level, the lower the self-efficacy level.(2)Multivariate analysis of social support: The results revealed a positive correlation between the level of social support and the anxiety score and the number of coronary artery lesions, with the independent variables explaining 8.0% of the total variation.(3)A multivariate analysis of sleep quality revealed that it was worse the more coronary artery lesions there were and the higher the anxiety score, with the independent variable accounting for 72.4% of the overall variation.(4)Multifactor analysis of anxiety: the more coronary artery lesions present, the higher the anxiety level, with the independent variable accounting for85.9% of the total variation;the higher the overall score of return to work self-efficacy and sleep quality, the more prone to anxiety.4.Analysis of the relationship between self-efficacy of returning to work and social support, anxiety, and sleep quality revealed a significant(P<0.05)correlation between the self-efficacy score for returning to work and the overall score of social support, anxiety, and sleep quality.Social support and self-efficacy of going back to work are positively correlated, with a 0.223 correlation coefficient. The correlation coefficients between returning to work self-efficacy and anxiety and sleep quality were-0.888 and-0.782,respectively.Conclusions:1.After receiving PCI,young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease in this region have self-efficacy,social support, anxiety, and sleep quality that are at low, lower than the domestic norm,or higher levels.2.The main factors influencing the self-efficacy of young and middle-aged patients with coronary heart disease are social support, sleep quality, and anxiety.
