Objective:Explore the effect of pulmonary rehabilitation training in patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated by single-port thoracoscopy. Methods:The clinical data of patients with spontaneous pneumothorax treated by applying single-port thoracoscopy in the Department of Thoracic Surgery of the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from January 2022 to December 2022 were retrospectively analyzed. After screened by inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of80 patients were included.32 cases with conventional postoperative care were named as the conventional treatment group. And 48 cases, which adopted conventional postoperative care combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training, were considered as the rehabilitation training group. The general data, postoperative oxygenation time, postoperative chest drainage tube retention time, postoperative hospitalization time, postoperative pain score on the 1st,2nd and 3rd day, whether there was fluid accumulation in the angle of the rib diaphragm, preoperative and postoperative pulse, body temperature and respiratory count were compared between the two groups. And the statistically significant differences between the data of the two groups were also observed.Results:1.There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of general information(age, gender, smoking history, right and left side, and combined diseases)(P>0.05).2.In the postoperative clinical data of the two groups, the postoperative tube placement time and postoperative hospital days were shorter in the rehabilitation training group than in the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference was not statistically significant when comparing the postoperative oxygenation time of the two groups(P>0.05).3.In the comparison of postoperative pain scores between the two groups, the pain scores on days 2 and 3 were lower in the rehabilitation training group than in the conventional treatment group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);the difference on day 1 was not statistically significant(P>0.05).4.In the 48 h postoperative chest X-ray examination,a comparison between the two groups of patients with and without fluid accumulation in the angle of the rib diaphragm was performed, and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).5.There was no statistically significant difference in pulse rate, body temperature and respiratory rate between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in pulse rate and body temperature in each group compared with those before surgery(P<0.05);there was a statistically significant difference in pulse rate in the rehabilitation training group compared with the conventional treatment group after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pulmonary rehabilitation training can shorten the postoperative tube placement time and postoperative hospitalization time of patients with spontaneous pneumoth-orax treated by single-port thoracoscopy, reduce patient pain as well as reduce the number of postoperative pulses, which is in line with the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery and has good clinical effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion and application. |
