Curative Effect Analysis Between Single-port And Two-port Video-assisted Surgery Of Spontaneous Pneumothorax

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of single and two hole thoracoscop,to search the Superiority and inferiority of single port thoracoscopic bullae resection for spontaneous pneumothorax.Methods:239 patients were selected with spontaneous pneumothorax.from September 2015 to March 2018,whom had done the VATS Operation.in the Thoracic Surgery of our hospital.49 of them under 1-port VATS(video-assisted thoracic surgery)operation(1P group)and 190 cases underwent 2-ports VATS(2P group).The clinical outcomes including Operation time,drainage volume of first day,days of hospitalization,pain scores,postoperative complications and total costs were compared between the two groups.Results:1.All the operations were successful and no patient died.The average age,sex were similar in both groups.2.In clinical indicators,the two groups was different in operation time(41.12±15.11)VS(37.18±12.78)mind.3.Rainage volume of first day(186.22±129.66)VS(324.16±197.12)?days of hospitalization(5.08±2.04)VS(5.96±2.18).The duration of drainag(2.19±0.80)VS(2.91±1.62)were different.4.Pain scores(3.43±1.01)VS(3.92±0.91),it was different in two groups.Conclusion:1.Single port thoracoscopic bullae resection for spontaneous pneumothorax is better than two port VATS.2.Single port thoracoscopic bullae resection for spontaneous pneumothorax is More consistent with conception of minimal invasive,the pain is light,small trauma,speedy recovery and shorter hospitalization,it has a better clinical effect.
