| With the increasing demand for medical care by the people,county-level second tier hospitals are increasingly unable to meet the actual medical needs of patients.They are constrained by traditional outpatient treatment processes,which not only affect the patient’s medical experience,but also make it difficult for the hospital’s medical service quality and efficiency to improve to a higher level.With the rapid development of information technology,the country has also issued some policy documents.It is suggested that hospitals should build smart hospitals around "Internet plus" according to local conditions,optimize and transform the original business processes of hospitals by using information technology,so as to improve the service level and service efficiency of county-level hospitals and better provide quality medical services for patients.Under the guidance of process optimization theory,this article designs a survey questionnaire to understand patients’ satisfaction with various aspects of L Hospital’s outpatient service,and analyzes the problems that exist in L Hospital’s outpatient service process.Use tools such as fishbone diagram and Pareto analysis to analyze the causes of problems in the outpatient business process of L Hospital.Based on the service concept of "patient-centered",this article proposes that the goal of optimizing outpatient business processes is to reduce patient seeking time,improve patient seeking efficiency,and reduce patient queuing times and waiting times.Based on the previous analysis of the outpatient process,by using appointment numbers to directly register for medical treatment,patient registration time is saved,mobile navigation function is enabled to save time for patients to search for departments,payment process is optimized by opening the settlement function between clinics,and patient payment experience is improved.A series of measures such as merging examination applications and examination appointment processes are taken to optimize the examination and testing process.The success of business process optimization cannot be separated from specific implementation.After the optimization goals and processes to be optimized are determined,the implementation steps and stages of outpatient business process optimization in L Hospital are clarified.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of L Hospital’s outpatient business process optimization work,this article provides guarantees from four aspects: system,organization,information technology,and personnel.After optimizing and transforming the outpatient business process,not only has the hospital’s key process efficiency and work accuracy been greatly improved,but it also promotes communication and cooperation among various departments,greatly improving information communication efficiency,thereby greatly improving patient satisfaction and increasing the hospital’s competitiveness. |
