the knowledge,attitude,behavior and influencing factors of immunization program medical staff(referred to as medical staff)and parents about Class II vaccine,and to provide theoretical basis for popularizing the second type of vaccine and improving the vaccination rate of children.Methods By using the method of current situation survey,81 medical staff were randomly selected from 5 community health service centers and 3 township hospitals in Lvyuan District of Changchun in October 2019 and August 2020,and self-administered questionnaires were used to investigate the knowledge and attitude of medical staff towards the second type of vaccine.281 parents were selected by random sampling method,and the children’s situation,parents’ cognition of the second type of vaccine and the vaccination of children’s type II vaccine were investigated.EPidata3.1 was used to establish a database,and the basic sociological characteristics and cognitive status of the the second type of vaccine were described and analyzed.Chi-square test and multivariate Logistic regression model were used to analyze the influencing factors of medical staff and parents’ KAP towards the second-class vaccine.Results 1 Medical Staff: The awareness rate of the second type of vaccine among medical staff in community and township hospitals was higher than 60%.The medical staff’s awareness rate of the second type of vaccine knowledge increased with the increase of age,education level and years of vaccination work.Medical Staff in community health service centers have a high rate of recommendation attitude,reaching 85.7% and 45.0%.Older,well-educated medical staff with no children under the age of seven have a higher recommendation rate for the second type of vaccine,and the highest recommendation rate is 90.0% for medical staff with an average monthly income of more than 4,000.Among medical staff,79.2% of them had good knowledge of the second type of vaccine,which was higher than 50.0% of them who had average or poor knowledge of the second type of vaccine.The recommendation rate of medical staff with positive attitude(88.9%)was higher than that of those with negative attitude(53.1%).Among the reasons why medical staff did not recommend the second type of vaccine,the national policy accounted for the highest proportion(56.47%);Medical staff’s willingness to recommend the second-class vaccine is low.The primary reason why medical staff don’t recommend Class II vaccine in actual work is the lack of national management and policies,and the second reason is medical staff’s knowledge of Class II vaccine and medical staff’s recommendation attitude towards Class II vaccine..2.Parents: More than 50% of parents know the importance of the second type of vaccine for children,and their awareness of domestic the second type of vaccine is 85.1% higher than that of imported Class II vaccine;Parents’ awareness of varicella vaccine was the highest(79.7%)and Hib vaccine was the lowest(27.8%).The awareness rate(91.3%)of parents in community management is higher than that of parents in township hospitals(74.0%).The awareness rate of second-class vaccine knowledge of parents with particularly good children’s health(84.9%)is much higher than that of parents with good children(56.7%).Parents of children aged 5~7 years and parents older than 50 years have the highest awareness rate of the second-class vaccine knowledge.The relationship between parents and children is different,and the awareness rate is different;The awareness rate of Han parents is higher than that of minority parents,and the place where parents and children live affects parents’ awareness of vaccine knowledge(P < 0.05).The awareness rate of second-class vaccine knowledge of parents with household registration in other cities is lower than that of parents with household registration in this city;Parents’ willingness to pay for the second-class vaccine was 89.7%,and parents with better children’s health were more willing to pay for the second-class vaccine.Parents of children younger than 2 years old have the highest willingness to pay rate(94.2%);There is a strong correlation with the willingness to pay of income parents(P = 0.000 < 0.05);The trust degree of parents’ medical staff to provide information reached 98.2%;The better parents’ knowledge of the second-class vaccine,the higher their trust in the second-class vaccine information provided by medical staff(99.1%).The second type of vaccine rate of children in good health is 5.6% higher than that of children in very good health.The second-class vaccination rate of children aged 3~4 is the highest,reaching 95.2%.When their parents have bachelor’s degree/junior college degree or below,the second-class vaccination rate of children will increase with the improvement of parents’ educational level.The second-class vaccination rate of children cared for by parents with faith is100.0%.The higher the parents’ willingness to pay,the higher the vaccination rate of children’s second class vaccine,reaching 93.3%;The factors that affect parents’ knowledge of the second vaccine are parents’ residence property,children’s physical condition and household registration.The property of parents’ residence,annual income,children’s age,and knowledge of the second vaccine will affect parents’ willingness to pay;The relationship with children,the knowledge of class II vaccine and the level of education will affect parents’ trust in the information provided by medical staff.Conclusions 1.The medical staff’s awareness rate of the importance of the second type of vaccine to children,the safety and effectiveness of the second type of vaccine are higher than 90%;Medical staff’s willingness to recommend the second type of vaccine is low,and there are differences in their recommendation attitudes in terms of working years,income and knowledge of the second type of vaccine.The primary reason why medical staff do not recommend children to be vaccinated with the second type of vaccine in practical work is the lack of national management and policies;Medical staff’s knowledge of the second type of vaccine and their recommendation attitude towards the second type of vaccine are the positive factors that affect the recommendation of the second type of vaccine by medical staff.More than 50% of parents know the importance of the second type of vaccine for children,parents know more about domestic the second type of vaccine,parents know the highest about chickenpox vaccine and the lowest about Hib vaccine,parents’ residence property,children’s physical condition and household registration will affect their knowledge about the second type of vaccine;Parents trust the second-class vaccine information provided by medical staff,and are willing to vaccinate their children and pay for the second-class vaccine.Parents’ residence property,annual income,children’s age and knowledge of the second-class vaccine will affect their willingness to pay for the second-class vaccine.The relationship between parents and children,parents’ knowledge,belief and education level of
