Research On Influencing Factors And Governance Of Socialized Information Sharing Of Public Health Emergency

In recent years,public health emergencies occurred frequently at home and abroad.At the same time,,information about public health emergencies is also shared by the public through various social apps and self-media.Event information has an important impact on the occurrence and development of emergencies.The information receiver can understand the dynamics of the event and grasp the progress of the event.The pressure of social supervision urges the government to respond and deal with it.Social sharing gives everyone the ability to create and share content,and its sharing ability is exponential.In the context of social sharing,information about public health emergencies uses links as the carrier,which can often be spread in a short period of time or directed or widely,and may be accompanied by users’ emotions and opinions,which can have a huge socio-economic impact.The impact of event information,whether positive or not,is difficult to dissipate in a short time.It is meaningful to scientifically explain the social information sharing of public health emergencies,find out its influencing factors,and think about how the influencing factors are combined,and finally realize the cooperation and response of the government and other parties.This article studies the influencing factors and governance of socialized information sharing of public health emergencies.First,identify the influencing factors of social information sharing behaviors in public health emergencies.On the basis of theoretical foundation and literature review,conduct technical analysis of key events,design an interview plan,and summarize the corresponding key factors and their proportions through content analysis,subject classification,multi-person verification and reliability and validity testing.Preliminarily analyze whether the impact of each key factor on the social information sharing of public health emergencies is significant and whether the degree of impact is different.This article finds that the key factors that have the greatest impact on the social information sharing of public health emergencies are emotional information and timeliness.The second is based on the qualitative comparative analysis to carry out the configuration study of the factors affecting the social information sharing of public health emergencies.On the basis of the key factors that have been explored,use qualitative comparative analysis to conduct in-depth analysis of key factors,collect data,construct truth tables,explore how the key factors are combined to play a role,and finally get the corresponding influencing factors.The typical configuration obtained includes six necessary conditions of information source,citation mark,emotional information,timeliness,attention of neighboring individuals and attention of netizens,as well as two auxiliary conditions of expression and relevance.Finally,on the basis of the obtained influencing factors and configurations,combined with existing research and the social sharing of information on the new coronavirus pneumonia epidemic,seek for information socialized sharing governance enlightenment,and think about more efficient governance methods based on the analysis results.First,the media,government,scientific research institutions,experts,etc.should be integrated to build a multi-party shared media information publishing platform.Then,with the help of the influence of the media,the credibility of the government,and the professionalism of institutions,the credibility of public health emergencies information can be enhanced,and attention can be increased,so that public health emergencies can be timely and accurately delivered to the public in need.On this basis,it is also necessary to establish public information feedback channels to collect the wishes of netizens,Encourage the media to go deep into the front line during major public health incidents and obtain information about the incident in a timely and true manner.It is necessary to combine the functions of the government with the technology of scientific research institutions,improve the information monitoring platform,and strengthen the social early warning function.Neutral and rich information that the public can use and are willing to share should be delivered.The improvement of relevant systems for information sharing of public health emergencies and the promotion of the public’s own media literacy are also top priorities.This study introduces social sharing scenarios,uses set theory to replace regression analysis to explore multiple combinations of influencing factors,and enriches the theoretical framework of information sharing for public emergencies.This article has a certain supplement to the research on information sharing related to public emergencies,further explores how the influencing factors of social information sharing of public emergencies are combined,and expands the analysis perspective of information sharing mechanisms.It also provides a certain reference for the formulation and implementation of information governance measures,and also provides a reference for emergency information suppliers to optimize information services and increase influence.
