Research On Optimization Of Nurse Training System Of Guangsitang Company

Due to the natural advantages of public hospitals and the inclination of policies and resources,private traditional Chinese medicine hospitals need to be responsible for profits and losses,and strive to reduce operating costs and improve service efficiency,so as to open the gap with other non-public hospitals.The injection of hot money makes the competition of private traditional Chinese medicine hospitals more intense.Both public and private hospitals are more competitive when they can provide patients with efficient,high-quality and convenient diagnosis,treatment and nursing services.Nurses as a bridge of communication between patients and doctors,improve the comprehensive quality of nurses is the key to enhance the competitiveness of the hospital,must pay attention to the management of nurses and training,so as to reduce operating costs,civilian battalion hospital human resources improve service ability of TCM diagnosis and treatment,for civilian battalion hospital sustainable development to lay the solid foundation.Guangsitang Company is a private secondary comprehensive traditional Chinese medicine hospital,with clinical diagnosis and treatment services,focused on medical treatment,teaching,scientific research,prevention,health care and rehabilitation in one of the enterprises.Nurse,as a member of the body of the hospital,one of their quality high and low,the development prospect of the relationship between the hospital and high professional level of nurses not only provide high quality,efficient and convenient services for patients,but also can bring greater influence to the hospital and create higher economic benefits,so to explore the path of a help nurses to improve the overall quality is an important problem.Nurse training scheme based on wide iron hall company as the research object,combined with the training related theory,through the questionnaire survey to know about the wide iron hall company training needs,training plan and implementation,training courses,training teachers,training programs,training on the current situation of the various modules,through the combination of depth interview,the company wide iron hall problem diagnosis nurse training program,It was found that there were the following problems in the training program for nurses of Guangsitang Company: insufficient analysis of training needs,confusion of training plan and implementation process,lack of pertinence of training courses,improper management of training teachers,single and insufficient training effect evaluation method.This paper analyzes these problems and explores the causes of the problems.On the premise of following the optimization principle of the training program,centering on the optimization objective of the training program,this paper finds the training demand point from the improvement of the training demand analysis structure,and establishes a hierarchical training based nursing training program according to the hierarchical needs of nurses.The training optimization scheme is designed from the aspects of training needs analysis,training plan and implementation,training courses,training teachers and training effect evaluation.Finally,in order to ensure the smooth implementation of the training program,a series of organizational,institutional and cultural measures were taken to ensure the effective implementation of the optimization program.Guangsitang Company has the basic characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals.Therefore,it is expected that the research results of this paper can not only help Guangsitang company to improve the training effect,effectively improve the level of TCM diagnosis and treatment services,and bring economic benefits to the company,but also provide reference for other private traditional Chinese medicine hospitals to solve similar problems.
