| In 2011,the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Establishing the General Practitioner System",which proposed that in order to adapt to the stage of China’s economic and social development,and follow the development of medical and health undertakings and the laws of general Practitioner training,China should gradually establish a unified and standardized general Practitioner training system.The document points out that the training of general practitioners is gradually standardized into a "5+3" mode,first accept 5 years of clinical medicine undergraduate education,Receive another 3 years of standardized training for general practitioners and residents.In 2018,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Reforming and Improving the Incentive Mechanism for the Training and Use of General Practitioners".In 2020,the General Office of the State Council issued the "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Innovative Development of Medical Education".These two documents fully demonstrate that China attaches great importance to the cultivation of general practitioners,and the standardized training of general practitioners has gradually become an important stage in the cultivation of general practitioners.As a national resident standardized training base,H Hospital has gradually formed a training system during the standardized training process for general practitioners.However,during the investigation and supervision work of the hospital,it was found that there are still certain shortcomings in the system.Based on this background,the thesis has decided to conduct research on the optimization of the standardized training system for general practitioners in H Hospital,so as to improve the training quality of general practitioners in H Hospital.The thesis reviewed domestic and foreign literature on standardized training for general practitioners and optimization of training systems,defined relevant concepts,and proposed a theoretical basis for optimizing the training system.Described the current situation of standardized training for general practitioners in H Hospital.Expert interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate the problems in the standardized training of general practitioners and residents in H Hospital.The results of interviews and questionnaires were analyzed using Colaizzi analysis and SPSSAU software,Identified the problems and causes of standardized training for general practitioners and residents in H Hospital.The system was optimized and designed from four aspects: optimization of basic training conditions,optimization of training process management,optimization of teacher team construction,and optimization of training quality control.The guarantee measures for the smooth implementation of the optimized system have been proposed from the aspects of ideological guarantee,resource guarantee,institutional guarantee,etc.It is expected that this research will contribute to promoting the standardized training of general practitioners in H Hospital and improving the quality of training. |
