The Optimization Research Of Standardized Resident Training System In HaiNan

The Standardized Resident Training system of Hainan province,which was under the Institution of the Chinese Standardized Resident Training,was established through a lot of practice and exploration.This system is of great significance in improving the training level of medical and health talents in Hainan province and has greatly improved the service quality of primary medical institutions.In this way,the contradiction between the people's demand for medical services and the limited medical resources can be alleviated and the social harmony can be therefore promoted.However,the quality of Standardized Resident Training was far behind those of developed areas due to geographical situation,the late started of training work and the relative lag of the relevant policies.Therefore,in this research we discussed some problems of the standardized resident system in Hainan province,and proposed some corresponding measures in combination with the actual regional development.This is of vital social significance to the medical resource during the construction of Hainan free trade zone.Based on a comprehensive description of the Standardized Resident Training system in Hainan province and a lot of practical work,this research took public goods theory and expectation theory as theoretical guidance,took practical work and problems as the entry point,summarized the domestic and foreign models and borrowed the mature experience at home and abroad through literature analysis.By using the field interview method,some staff from the Health Administration Department of Hainan province,the management personnel of each training base,the teachers and trainees were interviewed on the spot.Then,the contents,characteristics,operation and deficiencies of the Standardized Resident Training system in Hainan were grasped.And the problems of the evaluation mechanism,the cultivation process,the connotation,the construction and the organizational management system were generalized.In view of these problems,this research proposed some operable optimization measures,so as to promote and improve the Standardized Resident Training system in Hainan province.
