Research On Prescription And Syndrome Regular Pattern Of Fangfengtongsheng Powder Based On Data Mining Of Medical Record

Objective: The project collected the literature of Fangfengtongsheng Powder Medical Case published between 1960 and 2022 through literature retrieval,constructed the data warehouse of Fangfengtongsheng Powder Medical Case,and used the frequency analysis and association rule methods and cluster analysis to mine and analyze the symptoms,signs,prescriptions,etc.of Fangfengtongsheng Powder,so as to explore the law of prescription and syndrome of Fangfengtongsheng Powder.Methods: In this study,using "Fangfengtongsheng Powder" as the keyword,the clinical application reports and medical case literature published between1960 and 2022 were searched through CNKI,Wanfang,Yuexiu and other databases,and manually screened according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria stipulated in this study.Finally,the study collected a total of 347 medical cases,while data sources were established,data preprocessing was performed,a data warehouse was established for Fangfengtongsheng Powder medical cases,and the general information,symptoms and signs and drugs in the medical cases were counted by frequency analysis,and the correlation rules between symptoms and signs,between drugs and drugs,and between symptoms and signs and drugs,and cluster analysis of high frequency symptoms and flavoured drugs were carried out.Combined with the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine and the theory of temperature disease,the results of frequency analysis and correlation analysis and cluster analysis were discussed,so as to explore and analyze the evidence law of Fangfengtongsheng Powder.Result:1.A total of 347 Fangfengtongsheng Powder medical cases were included in this study,including 178 cases of men and 169 cases of women,and the sex composition ratio of male to female was 1.05:1.There were 342 cases of medical cases recorded by age,with young patients accounting for the largest proportion(49%).There were 314 medical cases with a time of onset,with the highest incidence in spring,accounting for 38%.2.The medical case involved a total of 108 kinds of TCM diseases,mainly treating urticaria,eczema,acne,colds,itching,milk moths,etc.It involves121 kinds of Western medicine diseases,including ENT diseases,dermatological diseases,surgical diseases and nervous system diseases.3.Syndrome characteristic: There are 444 kinds of symptoms and signs,including constipation,fever,yellow urine,thirst,upset,dry stool,dry mouth,skin papules,bitter mouth,headache,rash itching,chills,insomnia,etc.The tongue elephant mainly is: moss yellow,tongue red,moss greasy,moss thin,moss thick,etc.The pulse image mainly is: pulse number,pulse slip,pulse string,pulse floating,etc.4.Characteristics of prescription: There were a total of 178 flavors of Fangfengtongsheng Powder flavored drugs,of which the most types and frequency of use of antipyretic drugs were the largest,and 43 flavored drugs were shared,and the frequency of application was 476 times.The types of drugs that are used more frequently are anti-table drugs(250 times),phlegm cough and asthma drugs(70 times),liver calming drugs(69 times),water and moisture drugs(60 times),blood circulation and stasis drugs(44 times),wet drugs(44 times),deficiency drugs(41 times),etc.5.Association rule results: Association rules between symptoms,a total of 63 association rules were obtained when 2 symptoms or signs were associated,and 195 association rules were obtained when 3 symptoms or signs were associated.Among them,the most supportive symptom association rules were tongue red and lichen yellow,lichen yellow and pulse number.The association rules between drugs included a total of 108 association rules when2 drugs were associated,726 association rules when 3 drugs were associated,and 2020 association rules obtained when 4 drugs were associated.Among them,the most supportive drug association rules are forsythia and rhubarb,wattle mustard and parsnip,wattle mustard and forsythia,gypsum and rhubarb,skullcap and rhubarb.The association rules between symptom and drugs included a total of 183 association rules when 2 symptom and drugs were associated,617 association rules when 3 symptom and drugs were associated,and 583 association rules obtained when 4 symptom and drugs were associated.Among them,the most supported are moss yellow and parsnip,moss yellow and rhubarb.6.Cluster analysis results: Four types of results can be obtained from the cluster analysis of high-frequency symptoms of the windproof and holy medical cases: the first category: skin papules,skin itching,dry stool;The second category: fever,chills,headache,thirst and drinking,upset,moss yellow,pulse number,urine yellow,red tongue and veins;The third category:constipation knots,thick moss,smooth pulses;The fourth category: lichen,insomnia,dry mouth,bitter mouth,pulse chords.Clustering analysis of flavored drugs can obtain eight types of results: the first category: cinnamon,tuckahoe;The second category: coptis,fructus aurantii,phellodendron amurense;The third category: bupleurum chinense,notopterygium root,dahurain angelica,chrysanthemum,radix gentianae;Fourth category: bitter almonds,honey-fried licorice root;Fifth category: honeysuckle,dandelion;Sixth category: radix paeoniae rubra,cortex moutan,radix rehmanniae,puncture vine,periostracum cicada,cortex dictamni,stiff silkworm,sophora flavescens;Seventh category: coix Seed,fructus kochiae;Eighth category:rhizoma atractylodis,fructus gardeniae prepareta.Conclusion1.The application of Fangfengtongsheng Powder has nothing to do with gender,and is mostly used for young and middle-aged patients,and the onset season is mainly spring.2.The application of Fangfengtongsheng Powder is mainly for internal medical diseases,but it is mostly used for dermatological addiction rash and eczema.It also has significant efficacy in ophthalmology and surgery.3.The main symptoms of Fangfengtongsheng Powder are constipation,fever,and yellow urine.Secondary symptoms are thirst and drinking,upset,dry stools,dry mouth,skin papules,bitter mouth,headache,rash itching,chills,and insomnia.The main tongue images are moss yellow,red tongue,and moss.The secondary tongue is moss thin and moss thick.The main veins are pulse number,pulse slip,and pulse chord.The secondary veins are vein floating.4.The medicine of Fangfengtongsheng Powder is mainly used as the original medicine,and the most common flavored drugs are red peony and ginger.Clinically,it is common to use antipyretic drugs,anti-episodic drugs,phlegm-reducing cough and asthmatic drugs,liver calming drugs,and water and moisture drugs to strengthen the treatment effect.5.Through the analysis of association rules,it can be obtained that the main syndrome types of Fangfeng Tongsheng Powder are mainly heat in the interior and dampness evil..In terms of medication,antipyretic drugs,anti-epidetory drugs,and laxative drugs are mainly related drugs,and its representative drugs are windproof,wattle,forsythia,scutellaria baicalensis,gypsum,and rhubarb.This side embodies the idea of clearing up the hot evil in the exterior and interior and undoing and diverging the knot.6.Combined with the data mining results of the Fangfengtongsheng Powder Medical Case,it can be realized that the core evidence of Fangfengtongsheng Powder is that the surface is hot,and the phlegm and dampness are both seen and damp,and the treatment mainly based on expelling pathogens from both interior and superficies,and at the same time removing the tangible evil such as removing humidification and phlegm,cooling blood and activating blood.
