Efficacy Evaluation Of Yixin Tongmai Ointment In Treating Patients With Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome After PCI For Coronary Heart Disease

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yixin Tongmai Ointment on patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI for coronary heart disease.Methods:From January 2019 to December 2019,84 patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome after PCI in Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine Affiliated Hospital were selected,and were divided into control group and experimental group according to random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given routine drug treatment after PCI,including antiplatelet and lipid-lowering drugs,while the experimental group was given Yixin Tongmai Ointment on the basis of the control group,with a treatment period of 4 weeks.Compare the changes of blood lipids(TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C),heart function indexes(LVEDD,LVESD,LVEF),TCM syndrome scores,TCM syndrome curative effect and ECG curative effect between the two groups before and after treatment.Follow-up by phone and We Chat for one year after treatment,record the readmission of the two groups,and check liver and kidney function,blood sugar and blood pressure before and after treatment and 2 weeks after treatment.Results:(1)Blood lipid: TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups of HDL-C patients before and after treatment(P>0.05).⑵Heart function indexes: LVEDD and LVESD of the two groups decreased after treatment,while LVEF increased after treatment,and the experimental group was superior to the control group(P<0.05).⑶ TCM syndrome: the total effective rate of TCM syndrome in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score decreased significantly compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).⑷ Effect of ECG: The total effective rate of ECG in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).⑸ MACE and readmission: The readmission rates of the experimental group within half a year and one year were lower than that of the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups within half a year(P<0.05).The readmitted patients were admitted to hospital due to adverse cardiovascular events.The analysis showed that the recurrent angina pectoris in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group,and the difference was significant(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in death,arrhythmia and stent restenosis between the two groups.⑹Safety: No adverse reactions occurred during the treatment,and no obvious abnormality was found in liver and kidney function before,after and during the treatment.Conclusion: Yixin Tongmai Ointment can improve TCM syndrome,regulate blood lipid metabolism,improve heart function,and reduce short-term readmission rate without adverse reactions.To sum up,Yixin Tongmai Ointment is effective and safe in clinical application.
