Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment In The Treatment Of Heart Failure With Heart-qi Deficiency, Phlegm And Blood Stasis Obstructing Collaterals Syndrome With Preservation Of Ejection Fraction

Objective: Through the clinical observation of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment,the effects of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment on clinical symptoms,auxiliary examination results and left ventricular diastolic function of patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure(heart-qi deficiency,phlegm and blood stasis obstruction)were discussed.In order to provide further evidence for clinical promotion and application.Methods: Sixty patients with heart failure and sputum-resistance type ejection fraction retention heart failure were randomly divided into the experimental group of30 cases and the control group of 30 cases.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine alone.The experimental group added Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai cream on the basis of conventional western medicine treatment.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Heart function grading,heart failure efficacy,Lee's Heart Failure score,TCM syndrome efficacy,TCM syndrome score,6-minute walking distance test,NT-proBNP,LAVI,E/E were observed before and after treatment.Results:1.Heart function comparison: the total effective rate of the experimental group was83.4%,and that of the control group was 80.0%.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect of heart failure: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%,and that of the control group was 66.7%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Heart failure score comparison: the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.Comparison of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.6%,and that of the control group was 93.3%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).5.TCM syndrome integral comparison: the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).6.Comparison of 6-minute walking test: the experimental group was superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).7.NT-proBNP comparison: the experimental group was better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).8.Left atrial volume index(LAVI)comparison: the experimental group had no advantage over the control group,and there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).9.Early mitral valve diastolic blood flow peak / mitral annulus early diastolic velocity(E / E ')comparison: the experimental group was superior to the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.01).Conclusion: The results suggest that both the experimental group and the control group can significantly improve the ejection fraction and retain the clinical efficacy of heart failure patients,but the experimental group can further alleviate the symptoms of patients,suggesting that the curative effect of Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment on ejection fraction retention heart failure is better than that of Western medicine alone.It shows that Yangxin Huoxue Tongmai Ointment combined with western medicine is effective,safe and reliable in the treatment of heart failure patients with ejection fraction retention,which is worthy of clinical reference and popularization.
