| Objective: In this study,a randomized controlled trial was conducted to observe the clinical efficacy of internal heat acupuncture in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain,to explore the theory and mechanism of internal heat acupuncture in the treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain,to increase the clinical treatment of chronic non-specific low back pain, and to expand its new clinical treatment ideas. Methods: In this study,60 patients who met the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria for chronic nonspecific low back pain were selected from the outpatient department of the Rehabilitation Department and the Department of Pain of First Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022,and were divided into the control group and the observation group with 30 patients each. The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture once a day, five times a week, two weeks as a course of treatment,a total of two courses of treatment; The observation group was treated with internal heat acupuncture twice a week, two weeks as a course of treatment, two consecutive courses of treatment. The condition of the patients in the two groups was evaluated before and after treatment for two courses, using Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Japanese Orthopaedic Association(JOA),and SPSS22.0 statistical software for data analysis and processing. Results: 1.There was no significant difference between the two groups in gender, age, course of disease and other general data,VAS score and JOA score before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.Comparison of VAS score: After treatment, the score of patients in both groups was lower than that before treatment(P < 0.05),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P < 0.05).3.JOA score comparison: After treatment, the scores of patients in the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).4.Comparison of curative effect: there was no drop or discontinuation in 60 patients, and only one of the 30 patients in the observation group was ineffective, with a total effective rate of 97%,which was much better than 77% of the total effective rate in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both the treatment of internal heat acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can effectively treat chronic nonspecific low back pain, improve the symptoms of patients, improve lumbar motor function and daily living ability, and the effect of internal heat acupuncture on chronic nonspecific low back pain is better than that of ordinary acupuncture, which is worthy of clinical promotion. |
