| Objective: By collecting Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine patients with coronary heart disease heart failure,medical records,coronary heart disease patients with gender,age,season,heart function classification,coronary disease branch,TCM syndrome clinical data for retrospective study,and further explore the age of coronary heart disease heart failure syndrome rule and influencing factors,provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods: In Ruikang Hospital affiliated to Guangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2022,diagnosed with coronary heart disease heart failure,360 cases meet the diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria,according to the age criteria of the United Nations World Health Organization,divided into three groups: 45-59 years old group(n=53),60-74 years old group(n=182),75 years old group(n=125).The general data of three groups of patients(including age,gender,season,smoking,drinking history),hypertension,diabetes,heart function classification,coronary lesions,cardiac function index(BNP,LVEF)and TCM syndrome related statistical analysis,and further screening the related factors,TCM syndrome of different variables into the binary Logistic regression analysis,concluded that the influencing factors of different ages.Results:1.360 patients with CF,53 in the 45-59 years group,182 in the 60-74 years group,and 125 over 75 years old.The three groups were statistically significant in sex,season,diabetes and hypertension(P <0.05),and not in smoking and alcohol consumption(P> 0.05)2.In terms of cardiac function classification,cardiac function between45 and 59 is mainly grade,accounting for 77.4%;between 60 and 74 years old and over 75 years old is mainly grade,accounting for 82.5% and 88.8%respectively.The three groups were statistically significant in cardiac function grade(P<0.05).3.In coronary arteries,coronary arteries between 45 and 59 years old,accounting for 34%;coronary arteries between 60 and 74 years old and over75 years old,accounting for 50.0% and 47.2% respectively.The three groups were statistically significant on the coronary lesions(P<0.05).4.In the cardiac function indicators(BNP,LVEF),the three groups were statistically significant in the distribution of BNP values(P<0.05).Not statistically significant in the distribution of LVEF values(P> 0.05)5.Distribution characteristics of TCM syndrome in three groups of coronary heart disease: 21 cases(35.6%)of qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome between 45-59 years old> sputum and stasis stasis syndrome 15(28.3%)> 9 cases of qi and Yin deficiency syndrome(17.0%)> 8 cases of Yang deficiency and water flooding syndrome(15.1%).Between 60 and 74 years,54 cases of qi deficiency and blood stasis(29.7%)> 51 cases of qi and Yin deficiency(28.0%)> of sputum stasis 49 cases(26.9%)> 28 cases of Yang deficiency(15.4%).49(39.2%)> 32 of blood stasis(25.6%)> 23(18.4%)> 21(16.8%).The three groups were statistically significant in the distribution of TCM syndrome(P <0.05)6.Disease season,combined hypertension,cardiac function grade,coronary lesions,and cardiac function index LVEF are related influencing factors affecting TCM syndrome of coronary heart disease.Between 45 and 59 years(P<0.05),sputum stasis was associated with hypertension,coronary disease,LVEF(P<0.05),hypertension,cardiac function grade,coronary disease(P<0.05),and season and coronary disease(P <0.05).Between 60 and 74 years,qi deficiency and blood stasis were related to disease season and cardiac function grade(P <0.05),sputum stasis(P <0.05),Yang deficiency and coronary syndrome(P <0.05),and qi Yin deficiency and hypertension and coronary disease(P<0.05).Gas deficiency and blood stasis syndrome over 75 years old were associated with combined hypertension,cardiac function grade,and LVEF(P<0.05);Tantum and stasis were associated with season,hypertension,cardiac function grade,coronary lesions and LVEF(P<0.05),The flood syndrome of Yang deficiency water was associated with combined hypertension and LVEF(P <0.05),The two deficiency syndrome was associated with the onset season,combined hypertension,cardiac function grade,and LVEF(P <0.05).Conclusion: The distribution and influencing factors of TCM in different ages.Patients between 45 and 59 were frequently associated with qi deficiency and blood stasis,hypertension,and hypertension,LVEF,and coronary lesions;in patients between 60 and 74 years old,they were associated with hypertension,LVEF,and hypertension,and LVEF. |
