Objective To Observe The Curative Effect Of Pai Shi Decoction In The Process Of EPVL By Removing Stones

Objective: To observe and analyze the therapeutic effect of paishi decoction combined with physical vibration in vitro in the treatment of urinary calculi,to investigate the effect of Paishi decoction on stone-removing and related symptoms in the course of extracorporeal vibration stone-removing therapy for urinary calculi.Methods: One hundred and two patients with urinary calculi,71 male and 31 female,were divided into two groups: Observation Group(N = 51)and control group(N = 51).There was no significant difference in sex,age and stone position between the two groups(P > 0.05).The control group was treated with physical vibration and routine treatment,while the observation group was treated with Paishi decoction for 1 week.The total effective rate,the stone-free rate on the same day,the stone-free rate and the change of TCM syndrome integral were compared between the two groups after one week treatment.Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05)The stone-free rate on the same day in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),and the stone-free rate within 7 days in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05)There was no significant difference in the stone-free rate between the two groups(P> 0.05).The stone-free rate of upper ureter in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05)The TCM symptom scores of the control group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group before treatment,and those of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the observation group before treatment,and those of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group after treatment(P< 0.05)No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups after treatment.The difference between the two groups was significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion: 1.The traditional Chinese Medicine Paishi decoction can promote the discharge of urinary residual stone and micro-stone better than the routine treatment.2.Compared with the routine treatment,the traditional Chinese Medicine Paishi decoction can improve the symptoms of waist and abdomen colic,urination frequency and astringency pain,hematuria,stool dry knot and so on.
