Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of SuperPATH approach and minimally invasive posterolateral approach in total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures, and explore the early clinical efficacy of the two surgical methods in total hip arthroplasty. Methods: Using a retrospective study,59 patients who met the inclusion criteria for total hip arthroplasty for femoral neck fractures in Suining District People’s Hospital of Nanning City from June 2020 to June 2022 were collected and divided into two groups according to the surgical approach : 29 cases in the observation group(SuperPATH approach)and 30 cases in the control group(minimally invasive posterolateral approach). The general information of the patients was collected, and the length of surgical incision, operation time, intraoperative blood loss, blood transfusion rate,Drainage volume, preoperative VAS score, preoperative Harris score, perioperative complication rate, etc.,were followed up by outpatient and telephone follow-up at 3 days,2 weeks,1 month,3 months, and 6 months after surgery.VAS score and Harris score, using statistical analysis on the collected case data, and comprehensively comparing the early clinical efficacy of the two according to statistical data and information. Results: A total of 59 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included for retrospective analysis, age range, sex ratio, average BMI,combined underlying diseases, personal history, preoperative POSSM score,P-POSSM score, preoperative VAS score, preoperative Harris score, anesthesia There were no statistical differences in the methods and other aspects, and they were comparable.Compared with the minimally invasive posterolateral approach group, the SuperPATH approach group had statistically significant differences in incision length, blood loss, blood transfusion rate, drainage volume,VAS score at 3 days after surgery, and Harris score from 3 days after surgery to 3 months after surgery Significant(P<0.05),while the VAS score at 2 weeks,1 month,3 months, and 6 months after operation and the Harris score at 6 months after operation were not significantly different(P>0.05),and minimally invasive posterolateral The approach group was more advantageous(P<0.05);in terms of postoperative complications, there were 3complications in the SuperPATH approach group(2 cases of prosthetic loosening,1 case of deep vein thrombosis),while minimally invasive posterolateral approach group had There were 2 cases of complications(1case of prosthetic dislocation,1 case of chronic joint pain),and the incidence of complications was not statistically significant(P>0.05);according to the number of cases and different time periods, the comparison of operation time,SuperPATH approach group surgery The learning curve is steep. Conclusion: The surgical approaches of the two groups can obtain good clinical results after operation, and the surgical approaches of the two groups are improved from the traditional posterolateral approach, which belongs to total hip replacement, and both have small incisions, less blood loss, and postoperative With the advantages of less pain and faster early functional recovery, the SuperPATH approach can achieve better clinical results in the early stage, but the learning curve is relatively steep, and more research is needed on the incidence of late complications.
