Clinical Study Of Jiegeng Yuanshen Decoction Combined With Screw Acupuncture In The Treatment Of Children (Sputum Turbid Connotations)

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Clinical Study of Jiegeng Yuanshen Decoction combined with screw acupuncture in the Treatment of Children(Sputum turbid connotations).Through the analysis of the three major symptoms of nasal congestion,open mouth breathing and snoring,the secondary symptoms and the life quality score of children,the clinical efficacy of the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with phlegm and turbidness by the combination of grandidon Yuanshen decoction and the press needle was comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide a new clinical research basis for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in children with traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: A total of 60 children with adenoid hypertrophy were selected from the otolaryngology Department of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2021 to October 2022.According to the inclusion criteria,they were randomly assigned to the treatment group(Jiegeng Yuanshen Decoction combined with screw acupuncture)and the control group(Montelukast sodium chewable tablets mometasone furoate nasal spray nasal spray),with 30 cases in each group.The children in the 2 groups were treated for 4 weeks.The scores of the three main symptoms and secondary symptoms and the questionnaire of life treatment were recorded before treatment,at the second week and the fourth week,respectively,and the parents of the children were asked to score the three main symptoms on the digital scale.SPSS26.0 was used to process and analyze the data.Results:(1)Before treatment: there were no significant differences in general data(sex,age,course of disease)and baseline data(individual symptom scores,total symptom scores,quality of life scores)between the two groups,which were comparable.(2)Total clinical effective rate: After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,and the difference in the total efficacy of the two groups was significant,which proved that the efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.(3)Comparison of individual symptom points: after 2 weeks of treatment:compared with before treatment,the two groups had a very significant improvement in snoring and mouth opening breathing symptoms(P<0.01),the treatment group had significant improvement in nasal congestion symptoms(P<0.05),the control group did not improve significantly in nasal congestion symptoms(P>0.05),and between groups,there were very significant differences in snoring symptoms(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference in nasal congestion and mouth opening breathing symptoms(P>0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment: compared with before treatment,the two groups had a very significant improvement in snoring and mouth opening breathing symptoms(P<0.01),the treatment group had a very significant improvement in nasal congestion symptoms(P<0.01),the control group did not improve significantly in nasal congestion symptoms(P>0.05);There was a significant difference in mouth opening respiratory symptoms(P<0.05),among which there was a very significant difference in snoring(P<0.05)and no significant difference in nasal congestion symptoms(P>0.05).(4)Comparison of total symptom points: After 2 weeks of treatment,the two groups had a significant improvement in the total score of the main disease and the total score of the secondary disease(P<0.01).There was a very significant difference in the total score of the main disease(P<0.01)and no significant difference in the total score of the secondary disease(P>0.05)between the groups.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups had a significant improvement in the total score of primary disease and the score of secondary disease(P<0.01).Compared between groups,there were significant differences in total score of primary disease and sub-symptom score(P<0.05).(5)Comparison of quality of life scores: The two groups had significant improvements in quality of life scores before treatment,2 weeks and 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups: after 2 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and after 4 weeks of treatment,there was a significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion: Compared with the western medicine group,Jiegeng Yuanshen Decoction combined with screw acupuncture can significantly improve the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and quality of life of the children,and the overall efficacy of the treatment group is significantly better than that of the control group.Jiegeng Yuanshen Decoction has the effect of dissolving phlegm and reducing turbidity,dispersing qi,taking into account both virtual and real in treatment,dispersing phlegm and turbidity,and at the same time strengthening the spleen and stomach,promoting lung qi,and soothing the liver and gallbladder.Screw acupuncture can up lift qi and harmonize qi and blood meridians.This study proves that the combination of internal treatment of traditional Chinese medicine combined with external treatment with screw acupuncture has a positive efficacy and small safety side effects,and the combination of internal and external treatment provides new ideas for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy in traditional Chinese medicine,which is worthy of further promotion and application clinically.
