Effects Of Soothing Liver And Relieving Depression And Regulating Collagals On Pain,Inflammatory Indexes And Quality Of Life In Early And Middle Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective: To explore the clinical efficacy of soothing the liver,relieving depression and dredging collaterals in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,provide a new means for the therapy of rheumatoid arthritis in TCM,and give full play to the advantages of TCM.Content: This topic analyzes the therapeutic effect of soothing the liver,relieving depression and smoothing collaterals by attending the variation of symptom grades,TCM syndrome grades and anxiety grades of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and mild anxiety before and after treatment.Methods: This study collected outpatients and inpatients from the Rheumatology and Nephrology Department of Rizhao Hospital of TCM from November2021 to February 2023,selected patients with rheumatoid arthritis and mild anxiety in the early and middle stages who met the diagnostic criteria of TCM and western medicine,taking into account the elimination and shedding,and combined with clinical practice,this observation study was divided into experimental group and blank group,with 40 patients in each group,a total of 80 patients.The blank group was cured by 15 mg of methotrexate orally,while the experimental group was cured by methotrexate and self-prepared Bizheng No.1 prescription orally.After 8 weeks of medication,the VAS score,DAS28 score,quality of living score and TCM syndrome grades were noted in detail.SPSS26.0 software was applied to data analysis,and combined with clinical efficacy evaluation criteria to explore its clinical efficacy.Result: Under the treatment,the response rate of TCM therapies and western therapies in the two groups was 90% and 85% in the experimental group and 67.5% and 57.5% in the blank group,P<0.05.This can be compared.The response rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the blank group obviously.(2)In terms of the quantity of joint swelling and tenderness between groups,the index value after medication was less than that before the medication(P<0.05),and the reduction in the experimental group was more obvious,and the symptoms improved better.(3)After medication,the VAS score of the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the experimental group was declined even more.(4)Both groups in anxiety score decreased(P<0.05),and this can be compared.The the extent of reduction in the treatment group was more noticeable.(5)After treatment,the HAQ between the two groups were compared,the experimental group did better,and the quality of life of patients in this group was greatly improved.(6)After taking medicine,the software compared DAS28 scores between the two groups(P<0.05),the experimental group in points dropped more.(7)In terms of laboratory indicators before after taking medicine,the inflammatory profile(CRP,ESR,RF)of the two groups were meaningful and after medication,the experimental group in points dropped more.Conclusion: The experimental group is a combination of self-prepared No.1 medicinal decoction and western medicine,and the other group is treated by methotrexate alone.The two methods represented by the two groups can ease pain,add joint motion and improve anxiety.It also reduce inflammatory profile and improve the quality of life,and have good effect for people,but the experimental group did better,It shows that the way of soothing the liver,relieving depression and dredging collaterals united with methotrexate better than only methotrexate.It has a positive effect on improving the people’s life and controlling this illness,and is useful for doctors to medical treatment.
