Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of Qizi in treating intermenstrual bleeding with kidney Yin deficiency by stages. In this study, under the guidance of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),staging therapy was used to treat intermenstrual bleeding mainly in the postmenstrual period and intermenstrual period.According to the characteristics of menstrual cycle,it is necessary to grasp the pathogenesis of the transition of Yin and Yang in order to adjust Qi,blood, yin and yang and uterus preservation and discharge, eliminate the pathogenesis,so as to improve clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate as the ultimate goal. Methods: A total of 70 patients who met the criteria of this study were collected, treatment for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles.Enter the Excel data sheet according to the patient number and visit time, number 01-70,and use the RAND function to generate random numbers, and then divide them into a treatment group and a control group in sequence, with 35 people in each group. The treatment group was given Qizi-based traditional Chinese medicine prescription by stage therapy, and the control group was given Chinese patent medicine Liuwei Dihuang Wan for intervention treatment. Both groups were followed up after 3 menstrual cycles.Analysis and comparison of TCM symptom scores, bleeding scores, secondary symptom scores, follicle stimulating hormone(FSH)levels,estradiol(E2)levels,basal body temperature(BBT)typical biphasic and atypical biphasic composition ratios of the two groups before and after treatment, the duration of the high temperature phase, the duration of the transition phase(rising phase)and the long-term curative effect were comprehensively evaluated for its clinical curative effect. All the research data were entered into Excel for sorting and saving, and SPSS26.0was used for statistical analysis of the data. Results: After 2 dropped out,1 was excluded because of BBT measurement failure, and 1 was excluded because of pregnancy during treatment, there were33 patients in the treatment group and 33 patients in the control group. After treatment for 3 menstrual cycles, the statistical results are as follows:1.Clinical symptom score: After treatment, the total integral of TCM symptoms, bleeding score, and secondary symptom score of the two groups of patients all decreased, and the comparison within the group was statistically significant(P<0.01).There were significant differences between the total score of TCM symptoms and bleeding score(P<0.05).Both treatment methods were effective, but the performance of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the scores of secondary symptoms between the two groups, and the two groups had the same effect in improving secondary symptoms.2.BBT situation: After treatment, both treatment methods can increase the composition ratio of typical biphasic phase and prolong the phase of high temperature phase, which is statistically significant(P<0.05),and the treatment group is more effective;shortened and equivalent.3.Auxiliary inspection indicators: The two methods both decreased the FSH level and increased the E2 level, and there was a significant difference in the comparison within the group(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in the comparison between the groups(P>0.05).The two methods are equally effective in reducing FSH levels and increasing E2 levels.4.Comprehensive curative effect evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.90%,which was higher than 75.76% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Long-term curative effect: Follow-up was conducted after 3 cycles of treatment. In the treatment group,10 people were cured,18 people got better, and 5 people were ineffective, with a total effective rate of 84.85%.The total effective rate was 60.61%.The total effective rate in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the long-term curative effect was ideal.6.Safety evaluation: There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups, and the medication was safe and reliable. Conclusion: Through the research,it is found that both the staged treatment group of Qizifang and the control group of Liuwei Dihuang Pills have a certain therapeutic effect in the intermenstrual bleeding of kidney-yin deficiency.Compared with Chinese patent medicines,Qizifang has obvious advantages in terms of bleeding time, bleeding volume, adjustment of basal body temperature, improvement of TCM symptoms and long-term curative effect. The staged treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can be adjusted according to the characteristics of different stages of menstruation, which has flexibility and individuality;the dosage of Chinese patent medicine is fixed and inconvenient to add and subtract. It is universal and cannot take into account the difference and specificity ofindividual medication. In conclusion, under the guidance of staging therapy, using Qizi basic formula to treat intermenstrual bleeding of kidney yin deficiency in stages is excellent, and it should be widely promoted and applied,as well as provides new ideas.
