Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Chronic Gout Combined With Hyperlipidemia By Invigorating The Spleen And Soothing The Liver Together With Removing Blood Stasis And Reducing Phlegm Method

Objective: To observe the curative effect of invigorating the spleen and soothing the liver and removing blood stasis and resolving phlegm in the treatment of chronic gout combined with hyperlipidemia,so as to explore a more concise and effective treatment plan and expand the application of traditional Chinese medicine in rheumatism and immune system diseases.Methods: A total of 66 patients with chronic gout and hyperlipidemia of phlegm-stasis interjunction type meeting the inclusion criteria were collected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with33 patients in each group.During the study,1 patient in each group withdrew from the study,with 32 patients remaining in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine to reduce uric acid and lipid,and the treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.The total course of treatment was 6 weeks.The TCM syndrome scores and laboratory physicochemical indexes of the two groups before and after 6 weeks of treatment were analyzed and compared.Results: 1.After treatment,the total score of TCM syndrome in both groups was improved,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P <0.01),indicating that TCM symptoms of patients could be improved significantly.After treatment,there were significant differences in the scores of joint swelling,joint pain,limb numbness,insomnia,chest tightness and fatigue between the two groups(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating that the treatment effect of TCM combined with Western medicine was better than that of Western medicine alone.There was no significant difference in the symptoms of head weight such as binding,vomiting phlegm salivation,body obesity and palpitation(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the symptoms of joint pain,joint swelling,limb numbness,chest tightness,insomnia,nausea and phlegm salivation,palpitation and fatigue in the treatment group were improved compared with before(P<0.01 or P<0.05),indicating that TCM had a significant effect on improving TCM syndromes and improving the efficacy of western medicine;There was no significant improvement in head weight and obesity symptoms(P<0.05);Before and after treatment,the symptoms of vomiting,phlegm and salivation,joint pain,joint swelling,chest tightness and fatigue in control group were improved(P<0.05 or P<0.01);Symptoms such as numbness,heavy head,body weight,palpitation and insomnia were not improved significantly(P<0.05).2.There were significant differences in ESR,UA,CRP,TG and HDL-C between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group,indicating that TCM combined with Western medicine could significantly improve the laboratory related indexes of patients,and the efficacy was better than that of Western medicine alone.There was no significant difference in TC and LDL-C(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,UA,ESR,CRP,TC,TG and LDL-C in the treatment group were significantly improved(P<0.01 or P<0.05),there was no significant improvement in HDL-C(P<0.05);UA,ESR,CRP,TC and TG were significantly improved(P<0.01);There was no significant improvement in HDL-C and LDL-C(P<0.05).3.The effective rate of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was 96.9%,which was better than 81.3% in the control group,(P<0.01).4.In general,blood lipid and uric acid levels were improved in both groups.The effective rate of uric acid reduction in the treatment group was 96.9%,which was better than that in the control group,(P<0.05);The effective rate of the treatment group was 93.8%,which was better than that of the control group(84.4%),(P<0.05).5.No obvious adverse reactions occurred in the two groups during the treatment,indicating that the treatment of this disease with traditional Chinese medicine is safe and reliable.Conclusion: Chinese medicine can improve the TCM syndromes and related laboratory physical and chemical examination indexes of chronic gout patients with hyperlipidemia,and it is safe and reliable,and can improve the prognosis of the disease,which has important research significance.
