| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and mechanism of Huatan Quyu decoction in treating obesity-related grade 2 hypertension in young and middle-aged adults,and to provide clinical basis for the diagnosis and treatment of obesity-related hypertension in the future.Methods:66 subjects who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into control group and treatment group(33 cases each).The treatment group was given Huatan Quyu decoction on the basis of conventional western medicine in the control group.After 8 weeks of treatment,observation indicators of patients before and after treatment were collected,and SPSS.25 was used to process the summarized data.All indicators were compared before and after treatment,and the effectiveness and safety of this study were evaluated.Results:1.Hypotensive effect: The treatment group was superior to the control group in lowering blood pressure(P < 0.05),and the overall clinical efficacy was higher than the control group(P < 0.05).2.Efficacy of BMI and WC: The treatment group was better than the control group(P < 0.05).3.Efficacy of lipid indexes: The treatment group was better in reducing serum TC,TG,LDL-C and increasing HDL-C level(P < 0.05).4.Efficacy of apolipoprotein: The treatment group was better than the control group in lowering serum ApoB,ApoB/ApoA1 and increasing ApoA1(P < 0.05).5.Effect of TCM syndrome: The total score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group decreased significantly(P < 0.01),and the effective rate of the total score of TCM syndrome was also significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Except for numbness of limbs,the treatment group reduced the single syndrome scores(P < 0.05).Among them,the clinical manifestations of vertigo,obesity,chest tightness,tinnitus and headache were significantly higher than those of the control group(P < 0.01).6.Safety analysis: During the study,liver and kidney functions and other safety indexes of the two groups were within normal range before and after treatment,and there was no abnormal fluctuation(P > 0.05).Conclusion: After this clinical observation,it has been proved that Huatan Quyu decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of OBH patients,improve BMI,WC,blood lipid index,apolipoprotein,reduce TCM syndrome score,and provide certain value for future clinical treatment. |
