Study On Medication Regularity Of Vomiting Cases In Three Mingyi Leian

Object:The aim of this study is to read and organize the literature of vomiting medical cases in three volumes of "Mingyi Leian",systematically collect drug data on vomiting medical cases,use data statistical analysis methods,explore the implicit rules of drug use by medical experts in different periods,summarize the experience of medical experts in treating vomiting,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of vomiting diseases and reference for the theoretical research of vomiting diseases.Methods:This study employs literature research and statistical methods to organize the content of vomiting medical cases in three volumes of "Mingyi Leian".The drug data in vomiting medical cases are summarized according to frequency,efficacy,meridian and qi flavors,and other factors.Statistical software is used to conduct frequency analysis and cluster analysis on overall prescriptions and prescriptions from different dynasties.Combined with the academic theories of medical experts in different periods,the paper explores the characteristics of drug use in treating vomiting diseases.Results:1.This study discusses the etymology and theoretical origins of vomiting diseases and related names.It explores the understanding of vomiting diseases by medical experts in different periods and the research progress of modern traditional Chinese medicine on vomiting.2.Through the sorting of prescription drugs in the vomiting medical cases of the three volumes of "Mingyi Leian",a total of 209 prescriptions were included,involving 1,937 Chinese medicines.Banxia had the highest frequency;the most frequent type of medicine by efficacy was tonifying medicine,with qi-tonifying medicine being the main type;the main properties of the medicines were warm,cold,and neutral;the main flavors were pungent,sweet,and bitter;and the main meridians were spleen,stomach,and lung.3.All the drugs were subjected to correlation analysis,and it was found that there were many drug combinations with Banxia.Yuanhua and Daizheshi were commonly used drugs for treating vomiting.All the drugs in the prescriptions were subjected to cluster analysis,and four clustered prescriptions were obtained.4.Based on the time division,all the medical cases were divided into four periods.Frequency analysis and cluster analysis were conducted for each period.The characteristics of drug combinations in each period were obtained.The Yuan Dynasty and earlier periods were good at warming and tonifying,the Ming Dynasty mainly focused on strengthening the spleen,the Qing Dynasty mostly treated the spleen and stomach together,and in modern times,the focus was on reducing stomach disorders.Conclusion:This study reveals the medication rules of medical experts in different periods for treating vomiting diseases through data analysis of the drugs in the vomiting medical cases of the three volumes of "Mingyi Leian".It also found that medical experts in different periods emphasized the spleen and stomach,phlegm dampness,and the ascending and descending of the body’s qi when treating vomiting.In addition,this study also explores the differences in medication for the spleen and stomach and the fact that all five organs can cause vomiting.Finally,it analyzes the differentiation of vomiting substances and the treatment of different types of vomiting.Medical experts in different periods have rich experience and unique insights in the treatment of vomiting,which has certain reference value for future theoretical research and clinical practice on vomiting.
