Study On The Medication Rules Of Famous Old Chinese Medicine In Treating Diabetes Based On Typical Cases In Modern Times

Objective: to explore the medication rule of modern famous old Chinese medicine in treating diabetes,in order to provide the basis for the treatment of diabetes in traditional Chinese medicine,and provide reliable reference for clinical treatment and research.Methods: collect and sort out the medical records of modern famous old Chinese medicine in treating diabetes,and study the relevant medication rules from the perspective of drug application.Using excel,SPSS software to establish the relevant database,drug as a variable,the formula of assignment of 1,did not appear in the assignment of0.Frequency analysis was used to search for high-frequency drugs,drugs and drug properties,and cluster analysis was used to obtain closely related drug pairs and cluster formula.through these methods,the drug compatibility law was discussed.Results: according to the criteria of literature inclusion and exclusion,206 articles were screened out and 245 traditional Chinese medicines were obtained.the total frequency of use was 2529 times.There were 56 drugs with frequency not less than 10 times,and the cumulative frequency was 77.22 %.The top 10 medicines are yam,astragalus root,rehmannia root,tuckahoe,Ophiopogon root,Trichosanthes root,kudzu vine root,Schisandra fruit,figwort root and dogwood fruit,which are the core medicines for treating diabetes.Among the commonly used drugs of diabetes,33.93 % were tonics,25 % were heat-clearing drugs,and 10.71 % were blood-activating and stasis-removing drugs.The medicinal properties are mainly cold,warm and flat.Sweet,bitter and pungent are the most commonly used medicines.The main channel of meridian tropism is five zang-organs.the most frequent channels are liver channel and kidney channel,followed by lung channel,spleen channel,heart channel and stomach channel.Cluster analysis yielded17 pair of drug combinations,X1 yam,codonopsis pilosula,x2 glehnia root,fragrant solomonseal rhizome,X3 kudzu root,gypsum,X4 cassia twig,X5 Anemarrhena rhizome,cortex lycii radicis,X6 rehmannia root,mung bean,X7 wolfberry fruit,dodder seed,x8 prepared rehmannia root,glossy privet fruit,X9 loranthus parasiticus,Achyranthes bidentata,X10 chrysanthemum,Bupleurum root,X11 red peony root,red sage root,X12 cinnamon,monkshood root,X13 Ligusticum wallichii,safflower,X14 angelica,Rhizoma atractylodis,X15 dogwood fruit,dark plum,X16 earthworm,oyster,X17 coptis,rhubarb.Seven group of clustering formula are obtained,C1 yam,codonopsis pilosula,heterophylly falsestarwort root,liquorice,ginseng,tuckahoe,glehnia root,fragrantsolomonseal rhizome,dwarf lilyturf tuber,Trichosanthes root,astragalus root,Dendrobium,bighead atractylodes rhizome,kudzuvine root,gypsum,endothelium corneum gigeriae galli,Schisandra chinensis,cassia twig,C2 Rhizoma anemarrhenae,cortex lycii,radix asparagi,radix rehmanniae,semen phaseoli radiati,cortex phellodendri,radix scrophulariae,alismatis Rhizoma,C3 fructus lycii,semen cuscutae,radix rehmanniae preparata,fructus ligustri lucidi,polygoni multiflori radix,Herba taxilli,achyranthis radix,caulis spatholobi,semen drug properties are mainly cold,warm and flat;The main ingredients are sweet,bitter and pungent.It mainly belongs to liver,kidney,spleen,lung,heart and stomach meridians.There are 10 groups of commonly used drug pairs,Rhizoma dioscoreae,radix codonopsis,radix glehniae,Rhizoma polygonati odorati,radix puerariae,gypsum fibrosum,Rhizoma anemarrhenae,cortex lycii,Herba taxilli,achyranthis radix,radix paeoniae rubra,saviae miltiorrhizae radix,cortex cinnamomi,radix aconiti lateralis preparata,Rhizoma ligustici chuanxiong,carthami Flos,corni fructus,mume fructus,coptidis Rhizoma,and radix et Rhizoma Rhei.In clusters,Sheng mai San yi qi yang yin sheng Jin,Zengye decoction nourish yin and moistens dryness,Sijunzi decoction can invigorate qi and spleen,Ling GUI Shu gan Tang Wen yang Hua yin,Jianpi Lishi,Qibao beauty beard Dan can tonify the yin of liver and kidney.2.the medicines used mainly have the effects of tonifying deficiency,clearing away heat,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,reflecting the etiology and pathogenesis characteristics of deficiency of yin and dryness-heat due to diabetes mellitus and stagnation of meridians.
