| Objective: To investigate the theoretical literature basis for the identification and prescription selection of sutra for the treatment of chronic gastritis(CG)and to explore the evidence of evidence-based medicine.The second and third parts are clinical studies to evaluate the quality of Meta-analysis literature on chronic gastritis by assessing the safety and efficacy of sutra prescriptions for the treatment of chronic gastritis,to provide suitable references for sutra prescriptions in the clinical treatment of chronic gastritis,to provide evidence-based medicine,and to provide ideas and references for writing high-quality Meta-analysis literature.Methods: Meta-analysis was used to study the literature on the treatment of chronic gastritis with sutra prescriptions.The literature on the treatment of chronic gastritis with sutra prescriptions since its accession to November 2022 was searched through Internet databases(e.g.,China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform(WF),Vipshop database(VIP),China Bioservice(CBM),Pubmed,Medline,Embase,Cochrane,etc.),and according to the established inclusion and exclusion criteria were used to screen the eligible literature and summarized.In the second part,Meta-analysis and plotting were performed using Rev Man 5.4 software for the four indicators of total efficiency,clinical efficacy,adverse effect rate,and gastroscopic efficacy in chronic gastritis;in the third part,the six aspects of publication time,type of literature,homogeneity,publication bias,AMSTAR2 scale,and PRISMA 2020 of the articles were counted,and plotted by Excel worksheet Radar plot,comparing the size of the graph area and the length of each side to find the best quality systematic evaluation articles.Results:(1)Chronic gastritis in six types of symptoms: sun,yangming,shaoyang,taiyin,shaoyin,and sympathetic yin can be treated with different meridian prescriptions.For the Yang Ming syndrome,Wu Ju Tang can be used;for the Shao Yang syndrome,Chai Hu can be used;for the Tai Yin syndrome,Li Zhong Tang can be used;for the Shao Yin syndrome,if chronic gastritis with hand-foot syncope is similar to the Shao Yin syncope,Si Wei San should be considered,and for the chronic gastritis in the Jurgyin syndrome,Wu Mei Wan can be used.(2)Meta-analysis of the treatment of chronic gastritis with sutra formulae found that compared with western medicine,sutra formulae could improve the overall effective rate(OR=3.42,95% CI=[2.29,5.13],P<0.0001),clinical efficacy(OR=4.10,95% CI=[3.05,5.53],P<0.0001),gastroscopic efficacy(OR=3.09,95% CI=[2.04,4.68],P<0.0001),and reduced the rate of adverse reactions(OR=0.18,95% CI=[0.11,0.28],P<0.0001),which are worthy of clinical use and promotion.There are 11 sutra prescriptions commonly used in the treatment of chronic gastritis:Han Xia Diarrhea Heart Soup,Huang Qi Jian Zhong Tang,Si Wei San,Huang Lian Tang,Huang Qin Tang,Wu Mei Wan,Gui Zhi Ren Shen Tang,Chai Gui Gan Jiang Tang combined with Dang Gui Shao Yao San,Da Chai Hu Tang and Gan Cao Diarrhea Heart Tang.(3)In the evaluation of literature quality,from the radar plot,the area of articles of Kailong Men,Jiale Ma and Wenjuan Xu was larger,and the area of articles of Tigang Shang and Wenyuan Wu was smaller;from the length and distribution of each side of the graph,the difference in the length of each side of the graph of Jiale Ma and Wenjuan Xu was relatively small,and the area distribution was more uniform;combined with the radar plot and the rank mean,the literature of Dr.Jiale Ma had the highest quality and more stable scores of each article,and the literature of Dr.Wenjuan Xu was the second highest.Dr.Xu Wenjuan’s was the second highest,and Dr.Wu Wenyuan’s was the second lowest,with low scores in all six categories.Conclusion: According to traditional Chinese medicine,chronic gastritis can be classified according to its symptoms as "stomach and epigastric pain","noisy","acidity",etc.The causes of the disease are commonly external evil,physical weakness,diet The causes are usually external evil,physical deficiency,diet,and emotional factors.In the six meridians,chronic gastritis can be classified into six types of symptoms: sun,yangming,shaoyang,taiyin,shaoyin,and sympathetic yin,which can be treated with diarrhea heart soup,wu hu hu tang,chai hu formula,li zhong tang,si wei san,and wu mei wan.Modern medical treatment for chronic gastritis is triple therapy or quadruple therapy,protection of gastric mucosa,and enhancement of gastric motility.metaanalysis found that compared with western medicine,the treatment of chronic gastritis with sutra prescription has certain effectiveness and safety,but there is room for improvement in study quality and bias due to the poor scientificity and standardization of clinical trial design in the original literature.Through the evaluation of the quality of the literature,medical practitioners should include more RCTs with high homogeneity and low publication bias when writing the paper "Metaanalysis of Sutra for the treatment of chronic gastritis",and the reporting specifications should be in accordance with PRISMA 2020 and AMSTAR2 scales and comply with the reporting specifications and format requirements in order to produce research results with higher credibility and strength of evidence. |
