diseases based on the concept of "smooth wood qi and vigorous fire qi";3.Through literature research on the incidence and treatment patterns of chest obstruction,explore the clinical guidance application based on the principle of "wood blockage,fire stagnation",and enrich and develop traditional Chinese medicine theory.Methods 1.Using the Document retrieval method and literature sorting method,with the help of CNKI,Wanfang data and other databases,we searched the relevant disciplines and keywords,summarized and sorted out the relevant literature of chest pain medical cases,screened the clinical literature and chest pain medical cases that meet the requirements,and used WPSOffice software to sort out the medical cases and establish a data table.2.Use WPSOffice software for frequency analysis,IBM SPSS Modeler18.0 software for correlation analysis,and IBM SPSS Statistics26.0software for drug cluster analysis to explore the etiology,pathogenesis,clinical manifestations,distribution of syndrome types,and treatment patterns of chest pain,demonstrating the clinical application and value of the "wood is not smooth,fire is not strong" thinking.Results 1.Clarify the concept and connotation of "smooth wood qi and vigorous fire qi".The term "smooth wood qi and vigorous fire qi" refers to the characteristics of wood qi’s growth,ascent,smoothness,and relaxation,which contribute to the warm,bright,and ascending characteristics of fire qi.If the wood is not smooth and the fire is not strong,it means that the wood is not smooth,does not grow,and does not rise,which will affect the characteristics of the fire,leading to lukewarm and not bright.2.Understand the pathological state of the human body based on the concept of ’wood is not smooth,fire is not strong’.Symptoms such as qi deficiency,yang deficiency,qi stagnation,blood stasis,and obstruction of phlegm,water,and dampness in the body or local circulation of qi,blood,and body fluids reflect the irregular,uncomfortable,non growing,and non ascending state of "wood blockage";This state can easily lead to symptoms such as heart qi deficiency,heart yang deficiency,heart blood stasis,phlegm obstruction of the heart meridian,and heart failure to store energy.It reflects dysfunction of the heart’s main blood meridian and store energy,and reflects the pathological state of "lack of
