Effect Of Chest Pain Center On Diagnosis And Treatment Of Patients With Chest Pain In Regional Treatment System

BackgroundAcute chest pain is a common emergency in the emergency department.It has the characteristics of acute onset,rapid development,severe condition and complicated reason.The first symptoms of many fatal diseases are acute chest pain,and coronary heart disease is the most common in all acute chest pain patients.The establishment of Chest Pain Center can make patients with acute and severe chest pain get fast and effective treatment.ObjectiveTo explore the related factors of the treatment of acute chest pain in patients with acute chest pain.It provides data for the construction of a regional collaborative rescue network--Chest Pain Center in the northern Henan region.MethodAccording to relevant standards,a total of 1410 patients who were diagnosed with acute chest pain were screened from the clinical data and sample resource pool of Henan Province for 2016.12-2018.11.Statistical analysis and analysis of measurement data and count data were performed using SPSS21.0 software.Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze the difference of acute chest pain treatment before and after Chest Pain Center certification.T-test analysis of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction before and after Chest Pain Center certification.ResultAmong the 1410 patients with acute chest pain,933 were male,603 in the control group,807 in the observation group,and 522(37.0%)in the acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.The results of the analysis are as follows: 1.Logistic regression analysis of Chest Pain Center can significantly improve the early identification and treatment of acute myocardial infarction(P < 0.001)and aortic dissection(P = 0.02);2.Chest Pain Center can reduce acute ST segment Ischemia-reperfusion time node of elevation myocardial infarction: creatinine diagnosis time(P<0.001),electrocardiogram diagnosis time(P=0.011),and catheterization time(P=0.009).ConclusionThe results of this study show that the certification of the regional coordinated treatment system--Chest Pain Center in the northern Henan region can significantly improve the early identification and treatment of acute myocardial infarction and aortic dissection;shorten the ischemia-reperfusion time of acute ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction.
