| ObjectivesIn this study,literature and policies related to evaluation of large-scale medical equipment were reviewed.Based on the whole life cycle and value-based medicine theory,the value evaluation index system of large medical equipment in public hospitals was constructed to enrich the theoretical connotation of large-scale medical equipment management.Then,through the discussion of the expert group,the evaluation questionnaire of large-scale medical equipment was prepared in combination with the index system,and the value level of the two selected equipment was analyzed from four aspects of engineering value,clinical value,economic value and social value,so as to further demonstrate the scientificity,rationality and applicability of the evaluation system of large-scale medical equipment.The index system lays a theoretical foundation for the rational investment and scientific management of large-scale medical equipment.Methods1.Literature analysisBy searching CNKI,wanfang,pubmed sciencedirect and other databases,we collected,sorted and analyzed the literature related to the evaluation and management of large-scale medical equipment,and widely preselect the evaluation indicators of the value of large-scale medical equipment.2.Expert BrainstormingInvite experts in clinical medicine,hospital management,medical imaging and other fields to conduct an extensive Brainstorming discussion on the selected indicators,to further determine the core elements of large-scale medical equipment evaluation.3.Delphi Expert consultation MethodStrictly select experts in clinical medicine,equipment management and other fields,conducting multiple rounds of consultation on the value evaluation index system of large-scale medical equipment throughout its life cycle.4.Method of investigationThis research combined the index system to compile the questionnaire of evaluation of large-scale medical equipment,and made an empirical study on the value of selected large-scale medical equipment.This study taked two kinds of large-scale medical equipment as an example,and sent questionnaires to professionals,collecting and analyzing the data to demonstrate the reliability and validity of the large-scale medical equipment value evaluation system.Results1.constructing the whole life cycle value evaluation system of large-scale medical equipmentThe initial indicator pool of large-scale medical equipment value evaluation system was determined by reviewing and argumentation of relevant literature,and the indicators were further screened through two rounds of expert consultations.Finally,an index system was formed,including 4 first-level indexes and 24 second-level indexes,such as engineering value,clinical value,economic value and social value.An empirical study of a large-scale medical equipment value evaluation system According to the results of the expert discussion,taking two kinds of large-scale medical equipment as the object of empirical investigation,using the method of questionnaire and field investigation to understand the evaluation of this index system by 87 experts,the reliability and validity of the index system were tested.2.Recommendations for classified management of large-scale medical equipmentBased on the actual situation of public hospitals and the analysis results of value evaluation index of large-scale medical equipment,this paper puts forward some suggestions based on the classification management of large-scale medical equipment.ConclusionAccording to the value-based medicine and life cycle theory,this study combined with the latest research results of large-scale medical equipment evaluation,and a multi-dimensional evaluation system of large-scale medical equipment was established from the perspectives of engineering value,clinical value,economic value and social value.At the same time,the results of reliability and validity test were also satisfactory.This study combined with the index system to prepare a questionnaire for the evaluation of the value of large-scale medical equipment,and conducted an empirical study on the value of selected large-scale medical equipment.The results of reliability and validity test were also ideal.Therefore,the system is more specific,accurate and comprehensive to reflect the real connotation of the value of large-scale medical equipment,and provide a scientific basis for the relevant departments to carry out the value evaluation of large-scale medical equipment.Subsequent research will further verify and improve the value evaluation system of large-scale medical equipment. |
