Based On Data Mining To Explore The Medication Prescription Rules And Clinical Study Of Perimenopausal Syndrome

Objective Based on data mining,the medication prescription rules of perimenopausal syndrome(PMS)were discussed,and the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Decoction in the treatment of PMS with yin deficiency was retrospectively studied.Methods 1.The clinical research articles on the treatment of PMS with traditional Chinese medicine published on CNKI from the establishment of the database to December 31,2021 were collected.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,the articles that met the requirements were screened out.With the help of Microsoft Office Excel software,the database was established.The frequency analysis method was used to screen out the commonly used Chinese herbs and calculate their efficacy,medicinal properties,flavor and meridian distribution.With the help of IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 software,the commonly used Chinese herb pairs were discussed by association rule analysis.With the help of IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 software,cluster analysis was used to explore the commonly used prescriptions.2.Based on the results of data mining,the main syndrome type of PMS was determined to be yin deficiency type.From January 2020 to December 2022,70 patients with PMS of yin deficiency type in gynecology clinic of traditional Chinese medicine were selected for retrospective self-control study before and after treatment.The clinical efficacy of Ziyin Decoction in the treatment of PMS patients and the changes of modified Kupperman score and TCM symptom score were observed.Results 1.A total of 64 clinical articles were included,and 24 commonly used Chinese herbs were screened out.They are Radix Paeoniae Alba,Poria,Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Fructus Corni,Cortex Moutan,Radix Bupleuri,Cortex Phellodendri,Rhizoma Coptidis,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,Oyster,Herba Epimedii,Semen Cuscutae,Radix Scutellariae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Herba Ecliptae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Curcumae.The efficacy is divided into four categories:tonic medicine,heat clearing medicine,qi-regulating medicine and tranquilizing medicine.The medicinal properties are cold,warm,flat and cool.The medicinal flavor includes five kinds of sweet,bitter,sour,pungent and salty.The meridian distribution includes four meridians of kidney,liver,spleen and heart.The top 10 pairs of commonly used Chinese herbs are selected,such as Radix Bupleuri-Radix Angelicae Sinensis&Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Scutellariae-Rhizoma Coptidis&Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Fructus Corni-Radix Angelicae Sinensis&Poria,and so on.The commonly used prescriptions are divided into 4 groups.The first group is Radix Rehmanniae Preparata,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Coptidis and Radix Scutellariae.The second group is Fructus Corni,Semen Cuscutae,Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae,Poria,Rhizoma Dioscoreae,Radix Bupleuri,Radix Angelicae Sinensis,Cortex Moutan and Radix Glycyrrhizae.The third group is Semen Ziziphi Spinosae,Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Oyster and Radix Curcumae.The fourth group is Herba Ecliptae,Fructus Ligustri Lucidi,Herba Epimedii,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Salviae Miltiorrhizae,Rhizoma Anemarrhenae and Cortex Phellodendri.2.The total effective rate of Ziyin Decoction in the treatment of PMS of yin deficiency type is 82.86%,of which the cure rate is 12.86%,the significant effective rate is 24.29%,and the effective rate is 45.71%.After treatment,the modified Kupperman score and TCM symptom score are lower than those before treatment,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the single TCM symptom score is lower than that before treatment,and the differences are statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The commonly used Chinese herbs for PMS are mainly nourishing yin and blood medicines,supplemented by qi-regulating medicines and tranquilizing medicines.Commonly used Chinese herb pairs are mainly nourishing yin and clearing heat,nourishing blood and soothing liver,invigorating spleen and nourishing blood.The common syndromes are yin deficiency and internal heat type,spleen and kidney deficiency with liver depression and blood deficiency type,heart yin deficiency type,liver and kidney yin deficiency type,and the summary is mainly yin deficiency type.The clinical effect of Ziyin Decoction in the treatment of PMS of Yin deficiency type is significant,which can significantly reduce the modified Kupperman score and TCM symptom score,and effectively eliminate the symptoms of heat sweating,feelings of irritability and other symptoms.
