| Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of gold microneedle radiofrequency to treat axillary osmidrosis, and SNPs of rs 17822931 at the locus of ABCC11 gene were detected in some patients with axillary osmidrosis,in order to study the correlation between it and the pathogenesis of axillary osmidrosis, hoping to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:1.Our study selected 48 patients with axillary osmidrosis as the case group and 40 healthy people who underwent physical examination in the same period as the control group.Peripheral venous blood was collected from patients, and then genomic DNA was extracted by Blood DNA Kit.At last,PCR was used to target rs 17822931 of the ABCC11 gene. All samples were sequenced by Sanger sequencing technology.2.Retrospective analysis was performed on the data of 80 patients with axillary osmidrosis treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency, and the clinical characteristics of the patients, including gender, age, onset time, family history, and severity of odor were analyzed. The efficacy evaluation program was used to evaluate the efficacy of the patients 6 months after the operation.Meanwhile, adverse reactions were observed.Results:1.The distribution frequency of genotype allele(A/G)in rs17822931 of the ABCC11 gene was significantly different between the case group and the control group(P<0.01).The G allele frequency in the case group was significantly higher than that in the normal control group.2.There was a significant statistical difference in the severity of axillary odor between the GG genotype and the AA genotype in the case group(P<0.01).The odor of the GG genotype was heavier than that of the AA genotype.3.In this study,80 patients with axillary osmidrosis underwent gold microneedle radiofrequency treatment. At a total follow-up of 6 months, the total cure rate was 27.5%,and the total effective rate was 81.25%.The efficacy on mild and moderate patients was better than that on severe patients.Skin burn occurred in 3 patients, and limb numbness occurred in 8 patients.Conclusion:1.Single nucleotide polymorphism of rs 17822931 at the locus of the ABCC11 gene is connected with the pathogenesis of axillary osmidrosis, and the axillary odor of the GG genotype was worse than the AA genotype.2.The overall effective rate of treatment of axillary osmidrosis with gold microneedle radiofrequency is relatively high, especially for mild and moderate patients, with less trauma, fewer complications,a short recovery period, and a beautiful appearance.3.Detection of rs17822931 in the ABCC11 gene of patients with axillary osmidrosis is helpful to guide the treatment of axillary osmidrosis with gold microneedle radiofrequency. |
