In this study,a fatty liver model in SD rats was successfully induced by feeding high-fat diet.On this basis, the signs of fatty liver in SD rats, including body weight and body fat rate, were evaluated.Index,BMI),liver appearance, liver volume and weight, liver histopathological changes, serum biochemical indicators, including blood lipid level, aminotransferase activity,GGT,liver biochemical indicators, liver lipid level, antioxidant enzyme activity and other changes, and the rat biochemical indicators and imaging images were analyzed by double correlation. We analyzed the double correlation between biochemical indicators and imaging images of cats. The aim was to investigate the correlation between blood biochemical parameters and imaging images in the occurrence of fatty liver in clinic. The specific research contents and results are as follows:1.Changes of serum and liver related biochemical indexes in rats with fatty liverFatty liver was induced in rats by high-fat diet and the antioxidant Res was set up to regulate the relevant metabolic control. It was found that the total body fat weight and body fat rate of rats in the high-fat diet group were increased, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).TC,TG,ALT and AST were significantly increased in serum of rats(P<0.01).Resveratrol reduced perirenal fat, epididymal fat weight, total body fat weight and body fat rate in rats, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05);it had a down-regulation effect on the content of TC and TG in serum and the content of ALT and AST(P<0.05),and there was a dose-dependent effect between the decrease of ALT and AST and the use of resveratrol.High-fat diet could significantly increase the hepatic TG and HDL-C content in rats, and significantly reduce the LDL-C content(P<0.05);it could significantly increase the content of MDA and decrease the content of SOD(P<0.05);resveratrol can not only reduce the liver weight of rats under high-fat diet, but also reduce the content of TC,TG,LDL-C and upregulate the content of HDL-C in the liver of rats on high-fat diet, but also alleviate the oxidative stress in the liver to some extent. The study showed that the fatty liver rat model was successfully established by high-fat diet, and the related biochemical indicators were changed along with the body condition regulation of rats.2.Imaging technique analysis and evaluation of fatty liver in ratsThis study used X-ray machine and ultrasound machine to collect imaging images of rats. Its analysis found that compared with the control group rats, the W value in the X-ray film of the high-fat diet group increased significantly(P<0.01),B The liver imaging images of the rats in the high-fat diet group in the ultra-imaging showed typical diffuse strong echoes, and the median cross-sectional thickness was significantly higher than that of the control rats(P<0.01);resveratrol had a greater effect on fatty liver Rat liver volume and degree of lipid deposition have a very significant reduction effect(P<0.01),and there is a certain dose-dependent effect with resveratrol.Through Pearson analysis, multiple regression analysis and other methods to analyze the imaging diagnosis results and serum biochemical indicators,it is found that the imaging diagnosis results of fatty liver rats are basically consistent with the serum biochemical changes, which can reflect liver lipid deposition to a certain extent degree. The characteristic abnormal biochemical indicators are correlated with the relative content of fatty liver(LFC)detected by liver imaging.Among them,LFC is positively correlated with TG,TC,ALT,AST,LDL-C,and GGT,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.It shows that X-ray,B-ultrasound and other imaging techniques have a good match with traditional biochemical index diagnostic methods, which may assist or replace traditional fatty liver diagnostic methods such as biochemical detection.3.Correlation analysis of biochemical detection and imaging observation of clinically onset catsIn order to explore the significance of the correlation between the biochemical indicators and imaging diagnosis established in the above studies in the diagnosis of fatty liver in clinical cats, this study conducted laboratory examination results and imaging images of 6 healthy cats and 12 cats with fatty liver. After analysis,it was found that the serum TG,TC content,ALT and AST activities of cats with fatty liver were significantly increased.X-rays showed that the liver area of the cats was significantly enlarged and the liver edges were rounded.B-ultrasound showed that the liver parenchyma was diffuse and uniform. With strong echo, liver fat content is significantly increased, showing typical fatty liver characteristics.Through Pearson analysis, multiple regression analysis and other methods to correlate the imaging diagnosis results with serum biochemical indicators,it was found that LFC was positively correlated with TC and TG.It shows that imaging technology(X-ray,B-ultrasound,etc.)has a good match with traditional biochemical index diagnostic methods, and imaging technology has great potential and good application prospects in the diagnosis of fatty liver in cats and other pets.In summary, feeding with high-fat feed can induce fatty liver in rats and trigger changes in related biochemical indicators.Expanding from animal models to clinical cases, and correlating imaging diagnosis results with serum biochemical indicators,we found that LFC was positively correlated with TC,TG,ALT,AST,LDL-C,and GGT,and negatively correlated with HDL-C.It shows that the X-ray,B-ultrasound and other imaging diagnosis results have a good match with the biochemical index diagnosis results;in addition, there is a positive correlation between the serum TG,TC,ALT,AST of the cats with fatty liver and the liver fat content LFC.The development of the research provides a laboratory and clinical case statistics basis for the diagnosis of fatty liver in the clinic, and can further expand the clinical application value of the diagnosis of fatty liver based on serum biochemical indicators.
