A Study On Influencing Factors Of Medical Equipment Procurement In Affiliated Hospital Of Medical University

With the rapid development of science and technology in China,medical and health undertakings have developed rapidly and the medical level has been significantly improved.Among them,medical equipment has played an extremely important role.In recent years,the procurement scale of medical equipment in public hospitals has been increasing year by year.On the one hand,it is to satisfy people’s pursuit of a better life;on the other hand,the level of medical equipment determines the technical level of a hospital to some extent,and the procurement effect has a direct impact on the brand,income and status of the hospital.As a special component of public hospitals,university affiliated hospitals not only treat patients,but also undertake two very important tasks of scientific research and teaching.In this context,the research on the influencing factors of medical equipment procurement in affiliated hospitals of colleges and universities is helpful to identify the key links of medical equipment procurement,timely take effective management measures,and promote the development of the hospital.This article selects A medical university affiliated hospital as the research object,analysis found that medical equipment procurement are purchasing process standardization is not enough,unreasonable resource allocation,repeat purchase,procurement organizational structure is unreasonable,procurement staff enthusiasm is not high,purchasing cycle is long,in A medical university affiliated hospital medical equipment purchase of the actual situation,On the basis of reviewing domestic and foreign literature,this paper sets the influencing factors of medical equipment procurement in the affiliated hospital of medical University A as personnel factor,technical support factor,process management factor and market factor,and proposes research hypotheses and constructs analysis model based on the research results of domestic and foreign scholars.On this basis,the questionnaire method was used to test the case,and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed and the conclusions were drawn as follows: Personnel factors,technical support,process management and market factors all affect medical equipment procurement to varying degrees,and personnel factors play a major role in many factors.In other words,improving personnel’s professional ability and job recognition can greatly improve the overall effect of medical equipment procurement.Finally,according to the relevant conclusions,we propose strategies from four aspects:implementing the personnel training and incentive system,improving the technical demonstration system,strengthening the management efficiency and grasping the market,and improving market control force,so as to help the affiliated hospital of A Medical University to carry out medical equipment procurement efficiently.
